He is the best communicating contractor I've ever worked with or even heard of; he called regularly and always answered our calls with solid answers to every question that came up along the way. He provided upfront and fair estimates. Trevor did much of the work himself and was always on time, worked hard, and did quality work. On the work he hired subcontractors for (tile, refinishing floors) Trevor made sure they met all their deadlines, and we were also very happy with their work. “Jeff Sellentin, the owner and architect, worked with us from the initial stages of developing what we wanted to do and how much we wanted to spend to coming up with a final plan that took both into account, and finally, construction. The goal was to add living space, an extra bedroom/office and revamp our entry. Prior to the addition (left side of the outdoor photo), our house looked like it stopped abruptly. With the addition it looks much better and we love the front porch. Our was a relatively small addition of 500sf that enabled us to create a completely open space on the main floor of our late 70s tri-level home (entry, dining, kitchen and living area). We wanted to work with someone who was flexible enough to allow us to do some of the work ourselves in order to cut down on the cost and Jeff was very accommodating. We hired Jeff to go from design through finished drywall and have been working on the rest ourselves (please note that the kitchen, which is not pictured, is still unfinished but that's on our to do list, not Jeff's!). We're very pleased with the results and have had lots of compliments from friends and family about how comfortable it feels. Like most construction projects, it took longer than expected, and cost a little more than expected, but it is well built and we expect to enjoy our new space for many years to come.”

“Gary Whitcomb's work in our home was relaxed because he took care of everything! I was undecided on a wall paint color, trying many combinations and painting swatches on the wall. Nothing seemed to work, as I had a pre-determined color in my mind. One afternoon, I came home to see that Gary had simply added more white to a certain color and voila! It was perfect. His crew were always on time, their work was quality, down to the detail in the baseboards! I just told him my ideas, and he went with it! There were no hassles, no surprises, and no messes to clean up after the last truck left. All I was left with, was a beautiful bathroom!
