“The best designer and general manager/contractor of a construction site I've ever seen. Hire her and you cannot go wrong. She has great trades, great taste and hustles to get your job done. She completed a total gut of my 1250 square foot condo and a complete gut of a 2400 square foot house and they turned out spectacular.”

“We planned a major renovation of our house, requiring removal of many of the main floor structural walls. I met with multiple contractors but ultimately chose Matt and his team, due to their extensive experience and competitive quote. Boy am I glad I did! Matt and his team were professional, on time, and worked within our budget. We changed our minds on a few things as the project went along and Matt quickly adapted to make things work for us. Matt went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final product. Ie There was a post too close to my open-concept kitchen and I asked Matt to move it. Moving it was very difficult as it required creating a new footing in a very tight basement but Matt and his team delivered. I'm very happy with our experience and highly recommend Matt and his team!”

“Kevin's thoughtful planning and careful consideration of all of our needs made our kitchen renovation a decision that created function and beauty AND has lasting value. Writing this review several years after the reno ensures that we obtained great value. We are STILL very satisfied! Kevin was hands-on if required, and listened to concerns and addressed them. His expectation of his sub contractors was of the highest quality workmanship. We would definitely use Turnkey again.”
