“We employed New Concept to redo two bathrooms and a laundry room while we were away on a trip Their work and work ethics were excellent We received daily updates on the work preformed each day If there was questions they were immediately answered On our return we found the workmanship of a very high standard Totally would recommend this company to anyone that asks”

“We planned a major renovation of our house, requiring removal of many of the main floor structural walls. I met with multiple contractors but ultimately chose Matt and his team, due to their extensive experience and competitive quote. Boy am I glad I did! Matt and his team were professional, on time, and worked within our budget. We changed our minds on a few things as the project went along and Matt quickly adapted to make things work for us. Matt went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final product. Ie There was a post too close to my open-concept kitchen and I asked Matt to move it. Moving it was very difficult as it required creating a new footing in a very tight basement but Matt and his team delivered. I'm very happy with our experience and highly recommend Matt and his team!”

“My name is Stacey Svihla, I'm a Certified Interior Decorator. My home was renovated by Albert and his crew and worked on for about 2.5 months. Everyone involved was very kind, polite and respectful. In that time, the walls between the living room, kitchen and family room were taken down, to create an open concept living space. All the builder grade carpet, tile and parquet were removed on the main floor and replaced with hand scraped, wide plank, honed finished hard maple hardwood. Both stair cases were sanded and re-stained to match new hardwood and new white pickets installed. The popcorn ceiling was scraped to give way for a fresh, clean and smooth ceiling. The original kitchen was removed set up in the garage for storage. A custom kitchen was built and installed, in Benjamin Moore's Simply White. Several of the adjoining walls were given rounded corners to add softness to the space. A guest bedroom and full three piece bathroom were also added in the already half finished basement.”

“Kevin's thoughtful planning and careful consideration of all of our needs made our kitchen renovation a decision that created function and beauty AND has lasting value. Writing this review several years after the reno ensures that we obtained great value. We are STILL very satisfied! Kevin was hands-on if required, and listened to concerns and addressed them. His expectation of his sub contractors was of the highest quality workmanship. We would definitely use Turnkey again.”

“By the time we moved into our new custom home, we have more square footage and could use it for less money than the 1970’s home we sold. The finished project is fresh and welcoming, not at all ordinary like we assumed.
