“We hired Lisa Dell Design and BCS Construction to undertake a remodel of our kitchen, family room, dining room and bathroom. Lisa was able to supply us design concepts that worked perfect for the project. Once we finalized the design Lisa supplied detailed drawings and 3D renderings of the finished project.The finished job exceeds our wildest dreams and most of all it went very smoothly.”

“Can recommend Sea Pointe w/reservation. The end result was just what I wanted...getting there was somewhat of a financial surprise. Originally, I asked that the master bath remodel be consistent w/other (3) bathrooms (Siematic cabinets, imported Spanish tile). Two walls were taken down to studs and shower stall removed. I had assumed new shower doors were included since shower was torn out and this was a remodel...it did not (+$ for glass doors). (What average home owner would know that shower doors are considered "fixtures" & "fixtures" were not included in Sea Pointe's estimate.) I had assumed that my baseboards would be tile (consistent w/my other bathrooms, as originally requested). Specific baseboard material not identified in estimate (+$ for baseboard tile). Bottom line...stand in front of your wall and identify each and every detail and make sure it is specified in Sea Pointe's est.”

“Payton Addison and Andrea Bruley have been very professional and extremely patient with us over the last several months as we plan our major remodel together in Yorba Linda, CA. While interviewing two other very professional designers in the area, Addison-Bruley were the most reasonable and affordable with fees, yet professional in every way. It is obvious to us that our home will be amazing when completed. We can't wait to break ground very soon. Our home will transform from Spanish Mediterranean to Contemporary. Having two designers on one project allows them to bounce ideas off of each other and come up with fabulous ideas. We waited a very long time to update our home and it will be amazing to see the difference. We are very pleased, so far, with their ideas and materials selections. Every appointment has been on time and well prepared and well thought out.”

“We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”

“These guys are one of the best building and design firms in the industry. They operate under complete transparency and assist in the design process to meet budget. Most experience I've had with designers and architect firms is that they either design your project way out of budget, making it impossible for the builder, or their designs look terrible and they blame it on budget. Not the case with Eddie and his team. Top quality designs that can meet any budget and complete communication that meet expectations every time. I love these guys and have referred everyone I know to them!!”

“I hired Mola Builders to remodel my grandparents bathroom based on a referral. It was a complete renovation down to the studs to accommodate her ADA/special needs.. From selecting the Toto Neorest Toilet, custom cabinet, down to the beautiful limestone counter. Every need was meet including the handicap bars beside the toilet and in the beautiful tiled shower. Our need were meet for her, while keeping the design of the bathroom beautiful. We are so thrilled with the outcome. We can't express enough how clean the work site area was during the remodel. HIs crew made sure that when they left each day that it was a safe clean environment. Vince's expertise with his knowledge of the latest products and city codes keep the project moving along very smoothly. The tile work and the cabinetry from his crew exceeded any expectations on quality and design that I could have hoped for. I would certainly use him again for any upcoming project and have already recommended him to neighbors and friends.”

“We worked with Dino and Dina Presutto of Tuscany Builders and found them to be professional, honest, and flexible as we worked together to create a backyard paradise! We are elated with backyard living space which Dino created for us using his superior attention to detail and exquisite craftmanship. We were consulted and updated every step of the way and value was continually reinforced with reasonably priced yet authentic materials. Some of our ideas were really out there... Dino was able to make a few changes in design which made our space more functional and comfortable! We then moved to the front of our home as we were so pleased with the backyard and opened up the area to better welcome our friends into our home. I highly recommend Tuscany Builders for any outside or inside remodel or any project around your home for that matter! The team of Dino and Dina Presutto cannot be more highly commended for their team approach and ability to match form with function using quality materials which will transform your project!”
