Lisa was able to supply us design concepts that worked perfect for the project. Once we finalized the design Lisa supplied detailed drawings and 3D renderings of the finished project.The finished job exceeds our wildest dreams and most of all it went very smoothly.”

“Can recommend Sea Pointe w/reservation. The end result was just what I wanted...getting there was somewhat of a financial surprise. Originally, I asked that the master bath remodel be consistent w/other (3) bathrooms (Siematic cabinets, imported Spanish tile). Two walls were taken down to studs and shower stall removed. I had assumed new shower doors were included since shower was torn out and this was a remodel...it did not (+$ for glass doors). (What average home owner would know that shower doors are considered "fixtures" & "fixtures" were not included in Sea Pointe's estimate.) I had assumed that my baseboards would be tile (consistent w/my other bathrooms, as originally requested). Specific baseboard material not identified in estimate (+$ for baseboard tile). Bottom line...stand in front of your wall and identify each and every detail and make sure it is specified in Sea Pointe's est.”

We are elated with backyard living space which Dino created for us using his superior attention to detail and exquisite craftmanship. We were consulted and updated every step of the way and value was continually reinforced with reasonably priced yet authentic materials. Some of our ideas were really out there... Dino was able to make a few changes in design which made our space more functional and comfortable! We then moved to the front of our home as we were so pleased with the backyard and opened up the area to better welcome our friends into our home. I highly recommend Tuscany Builders for any outside or inside remodel or any project around your home for that matter! The team of Dino and Dina Presutto cannot be more highly commended for their team approach and ability to match form with function using quality materials which will transform your project!”

“This is the 2nd time that I've worked with JR and his team and both times they have exceeded my expectations. I had recently purchased a duplex and needed a full remodel of 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms but with a severely tight budget. JR was able to provide me with various design options so that I can stay within budget without compromising style, quality, and overall craftsmanship. During the project, JR was very attentive to the project and ensured not only that we stay within budget but also that we completed in a timely matter. I highly recommend JR and his team.”
