“They were very professional when I asked them to give me a generalized bid (dollar per square foot) on a custom home, and I was up front that I had a builder already in mine but wanted to make sure I was in the ballpark for custom home pricing. They had built a home for my neighbors and had done a great job. Ultimately I went with the builder I had already begun the process with, and this particular builder is very closely tied to my family. Had this not been the case, I'm confident Amber DiLane would have been my top 1 or 2 choice based on the work I've seen, recommendations from others who've used them, and overall reputation.”

“Nickerson Design and Construction Inc. is the best. I love everything this company did to my house. From the ceiling to the floors and everything in between were exquisite. This company used quality top of line products throughout the house. The workers were very professional, efficient, neat and clean. My whole house was completed in four weeks. These guys worked some nights until 10pm. This company is true to their motto, "We Build Your Dreams on Your Budget" . I recommend this company for whatever your needs are. I guarantee you it will be with top quality work.”

“I can't think of one negative thing to say about this company. Mark and Patti Andregg came to our original meeting ready to listen to what my husband and I wanted and were able to take that and make our dreams a reality while at the same time offering invaluable advice and suggestions. They gave us their estimate for both money and the time it would take to complete the project (kitchen and master bath remodel). They completed the project in the exact time period they stated and within our budget. The workers they hired were very professional and always considerate, taking special care to treat our house as a home. I was so impressed that they always cleaned and vacuumed before leaving every day. I would recommend the Andregg Contracting Co. to any and all who need a job well done.”

“Modern Craft has now completed three different projects for me. Each one has been a resounding success. Wiley has a gift for envisioning solutions to problems where others have given up. He works closely with the client to maintain budget and has always kept the job within the time frame promised. We wanted a screened in patio attached to our home and had worked with a space planner to develop an idea for that. We were unable to achieve our goal until we met Wiley, two days later we were presented with a solution and have enjoyed that room for several years now. Their design sense is a huge asset that gives them an edge over the competition. “When I went searching for a remodeling co. for my project, I called some of the companies reviewed on Houzz, only to be told my $45k remodel was too small for them to bother with. The Burke company not only accepted my job, they did such professional, high quality work most people who have seen it think that it cost twice that. I did not experience the delays or cost overruns that I'd been told usually occur in remodels. They were very willing to work make the changes I requested and were always reachable when I had a question. They were mindful of my budget and worked with me to help keep it in check. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any type of remodeling project.”
