“We planned a major renovation for our terrace in Paddington and Pat and his team did an excellent job executing the renovation to plan. Working hard to meet tight deadlines (the arrival of a new baby and in-laws) which is always one of the headaches with any major project. The quality of work was excellent and I have recommended P.Built to family and friends numerous times. We ultimately sold the house and one of the key selling points was the craftsmanship and creativity of the build in what’s a relatively small space. Pat went above and beyond on quality and finishes and the house was turned from a run-down terrace to an executive residence. During the build, Pat would keep us up-dated with photos which I thought was a good touch. He was also personally available to discuss concerns and help me finalise the certification and occupancy certificate that was not his responsibility in my case. While inner-city, our house was in quite a close-knit community and the neighbours would often comment on what nice guys we had working at the house. Apparently, at one point one of them brought the old lady across the street a pot plant with flowers.”

“I dont normally write a review however Shorehouse Projects have exceeded beyond expectations and our home was definitely no easy feat! It may have been one of their biggest challenges to date! I would highly recommend Shorehouse Projects to anyone. Communication throughout the project was outstanding and their professionalism and attention to detail definitely shows in the finishes.”

“We have worked with Rustic Touch on and off for 7 years, and have engaged them to design and build two large homes as well as a renovation to another. You often hear dreadful stories about the relationship between builders and clients. Fortunately every experience we have had has been fantastic, which is probably why we have used their services more than once. Tony and Deb are incredibly professional in their approach to every part of the build. They are both very talented in design and build and it is because of them that we have a house that we absolutely love. We could not recommend them highly enough.”

“The team at Blue Frog Studio were fantastic. We had a small bathroom and laundry area that hadn’t been touched since the 80s and were in urgent need of an overhaul. Blue Frog Studio was able to come up with a clever design that made smart use of the space and transformed them into modern looking masterpieces. They also helped us with colour and tile selections, custom cabinetry, bench tops and fittings. It’s hard to believe that it’s the same place!! Job was completed on time and in budget Thanks team - amazing!”

“As a designer, I have worked with Campbell's Building Company on projects that have left me very impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to a quality result for clients they display every time. Ian is a very good communicator, is efficient and always displays the utmost of integrity. Campbell's Building Company have the understanding and experience to undertake all manner of projects from very high end projects to refurbishments of treasured family homes with equal respect and always to deal with care and honesty with clients. I have worked on both a whole house refurbishment with Campbell's that involved major construction and relocating various rooms of the house, including a new kitchen and bathroom that I designed in a beautiful beach house in Mona Vale, and also other kitchen projects where he displayed equal care in removing structural walls and replacing ceilings and floors to create a new open kitchen space for my client's. Campbell's Building Company are quality builders who are a pleasure to deal with. “We engaged JMR Building Contractors to transform our very old and tired two bedroom beachside unit into a modern, trendy apartment style unit and the result was nothing less than spectacular. The spec required for the unit to be pretty much gutted internally and then a new kitchen, laundry and bathroom was installed. Further work to the unit was relocation and construction of new walls, timber floors layed and new modern tiling to the balcony. The craftsmanship of the JMR team was superb and nothing was ever an effort for them despite the fact that the unit was located on the third floor, without the luxury of a lift to help transport materials. Job well done JMR. We are two very happy customers and would certainly recommend them time and time again,”
