“Work in progress but so far they have cleaned up after their day's work, on schedule with work. The work has not been completed yet so more to come when it is completed. Update: It's month 7 and while initially work went quickly, things slowed down by month 4. Still some minor fixes left. Have to revise my rosy initial review. Overall poor communication between the design specialist and the project manager.”

“I have used this company for several major remodeling projects for my home--kitchen/laundry room/bathroom re-do, reconfigured bedrooms, new front porch roof. They only use the best sub-contractors, use quality materials, get projects done in reasonable time, and are respectful of the homeowner's property and schedule. If something isn't right, they will take care of it for you. They listen to your ideas, but also let you know when what you think you want might not be a good idea. Their competitors might charge less for some things, but this company won't cut corners just to get your business. They've been in business for 30+ years.”

“The entire process from inception, design, demolition, renovation to completion was educational and exciting. The project included renovation of four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and an office/computer room downstairs. Paul Golich (design), Chris Allan (project manager), and all JS Brown employees were professional, responsive to our concerns, and a pleasure with whom to work. We can recommend them at the highest level.”

“Traci & Todd were very easy to work with when they bought my parents home. Their professionalism went beyond anything my sister's and I expected. It was very difficult having to sell the house where we grew up and my parents lived for 51 years till they passed away. When they finished the remodeling project they held an "Open House" for the neighborhood and our families. We thought that was a great idea and nice jester. But, what WOW'd my sister's and I, was Traci & Todd invited the three of us to a private showing of the house we grew up in and shared so many family memories throughout the years. Their professionalism and kindness went a long way to making this easier on the three of us. Last, I highly recommend Make Her Mark LLC. You won't be disappointed. “This wonderful family firm cannot be beat for their design, professionalism, and the warmth they bring to a home when they are working on a project. All of their work is hand crafted word work of the highest quality. They custom built my living room as well as the deck off the back of my home, and the work is absolute perfection. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking renovations or for custom building a new home.”

“From start to finish, Ryan was awesome. I had interviewed a few contractors and was less than pleased with their ideas and recommendations. Ryan brought a fresh sets of eyes to this very extensive project and was able to offer me exactly what I wanted. This was a total gut job and the results are excellent. I am very pleased to say the least. Ryan was very accommodating and offered solutions to anything I threw at him - which was a lot. The compliments from neighbors, friends etc. have been overwhelming. I would definitely hire Ryan again and highly recommend his company to anyone contemplating a renovation. I could not have asked for a nicer person as a contractor.”
