“After having an amazing extension done by Brilliant SA two years ago, a project completed 1 week before the scheduled completion date, we didn't even bother to get quotes from other companies when we were ready to do a kitchen and bathroom renovation this year. The designer listened carefully to what we wanted and her first design was superb, so we needed to ponder no further. Our project involved the removal of asbestos, eliminating 3 walls and amalgamating the existing toilet and bathroom, with a reconfiguration of the rooms. Our project manager had the most incredible attention to detail and was able to short circuit anything that was drifting off course. “I had the pleasure of meeting Jarryd late 2018 and he provided a quote to rebuild our BBQ area building which houses the pool filters, shower and kitchen. Unfortunately it needed total rebuilding due to extensive damage by termites. Construction started in February and was completed within a couple of weeks. “Main Brief - Repair and restoration of an old bathroom/laundry which included the installation of a shower and to replace the vanity, toilet, shaving cabinet, laundry trough, wall and floor tiles. Replumbing where necessary, resurfacing the bath, repair existing floor in preparation for tiles. Replacing ceiling heating/exhaust fan, window glass with opaque. Match and replace broken glass in back porch, repair wall and lay vinyl flooring in studio. Paint interior and exterior of house, replace venetian blinds, new window locks and flywire screens. Remove old gas heater and replace with a reverse cycle air conditioner. Sand and polish floorboards throughout.”
