“After starting with multiple contractors but getting nowhere, I worked with Neal on the installation of my new fireplace. Scheduling and planning was easy. Getting documentation for the condo association was simple. The work was done professionally and completely and Dan was great in the planning the details. “Normally I would never take the time to write a review about a company but in this case I am extremely impressed! I hire Northwest Metalcraft to remove my existing fireplace and install a Mendota direct vent fireplace with a new stone surround. The two gentleman that came to install it (Ron and Scott) were very polite, clean, and professional! The job they did was amazing and was performed on time and above expectation. “Atelier Jouvence did an extraordinary job on our fireplace. And they did it under some difficult circumstances. We had some builder issues on our house and despite a difficult deadline, Sonia (the President) and her brilliant, French stone artist husband, Olivier, finished a gorgeous fireplace that adds enormously to our home. They were a delight to work with. The fireplace was reasonably priced, and the two installers who brought it from Chicago to St. Louis could not have been more skilled, careful, and great to deal with. We can recommend Atelier Jouvence absolutely without reserve. We recommend them with enthusiasm. Thank you!”
