“I chose wgu design as a representative of Caneline outdoor furniture. Admittedly I was a little hesitant because the business was online and Eric was not in a showroom where I could actually see the product. However, ten years ago I purchased 2 Cane line armchairs and a table for our apartment in Docklands, Melbourne. So many outdoor furniture items are so light and flimsy that they would have been blown away. For over 8 years these items tolerated high winds and where exposed to the elements and even today (after 11 years) they are still in great condition. That is why, when we built a house and I wanted outdoor furniture, despite looking around at lots of cheap replicas that don't stand the test of time - I added another 2 armchairs, a sofa and 4 sun lounges with cushions to the items I already had for 11 years. Eric was extremely professional in every possible way. He replied to my emails promptly, provided me with quotes within 24 hours and personally dropped off fabric books for me to choose colour schemes at my leisure. Honestly, the service was so good that it was a pleasure to deal with Eric and in a world where customer service is not always a priority it was a pleasure to be able to trust a company and not have to chase them up, or complain about something.
