“We received several quotes from contractors, some of whom tried to up sell or told us we couldn't do what we had envisioned and would need a completely different floor plan. But most were very pleasant and 3 came in at approximately the same bid price of 48,000. In the end, we chose IND Construction because we liked David and believed he would do what he said he would do. In the beginning David told us the job would take between 2 and 4 months to complete and it ended up taking a little over 2 months. Their were a few glitches along the way, such as finding that the wall we knocked out was in fact a retaining wall after the engineer had said that it wasn't. Or when a member of one work crew knocked our driveway gate out of the wall and just propped it back up without telling us. But as soon as any problem was encountered David had it fixed immediately, including figuring out how to put a giant beam across our ceiling to replace the retaining wall at no extra charge. Living in a construction zone for 2 months is never pleasant but the majority of subcontractors used by IND are very professional, clean and friendly. This made the experience better than expected. We would definitely work with David and his team again and we are very pleased with how well everything turned out.”

“Wonderful experience with James and Barrybuilt. He helped get plans resolved when our architect dropped the ball and disappeared. I was a novice at remodeling and James stepped in and worked with me and the city. My kitchen, dining room and TV room turned out beautifully and many of the items in the kitchen redo were very innovative. We worked with the latest products to make this kitchen special and in the forefront of design and materials. Great workmanship and so patient and he took the time to explain details. I recommended him to 3 other interested parties in our neighborhood and would gladly work with him again.”

“The general contractor Mr. Eldad Solomon is the best GC who cares and sets the standard for quality. From first day we met, he took the time to explain and understand our expectations. He took us from rendering design ideas to create architectural/structural plans. He pulled all permits and all inspections by city were completed with 100% success. He was hands on our project and made sure all details are completed to our satisfaction. He kept our project cost within the budget and the completion was on time. Our experience was amazing and we recommend STYLEBUILD.”

“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“I have started my ADU project with another company that ended up doing only Damage and spending my money. After everything happened I got contacted by SHENON Construction and they gave me fair price for getting the project done the way I want. To finish the project did not take long, It was about a 4/5 weeks till the project was done. I was skeptic in the beginning after everything that happened with the first company but I am so glad that I ended up doing my project with SHENON. Great customer service! I got everything that has been promised to me. And I started renting my ADU 2 weeks after the project was done! Thank you SHENON Construction team for the wonderful work.”

“After 5 years of saving, I finally decided to remodel my home. I had to have my master bathroom done a specific way, because I've always had a vision of "the perfect bathroom". I called Progressive Builders see what they had to offer. They gave me a very reasonable estimate for what I asked for. They also answered my all questions and gave me no hassle at all. I wish that more companies were like this. They were very patient with my every request. It was a pleasure working with Progressive Builders. I'd highly recommend them for any remodeling needs because they have what it takes to satisfy their customers. My master bath is beautiful thanks to them.”
