“Haig Construction renovated our half bath. Our home was built in 1939 and we wanted the bath to keep in the character of the decade in which the house was built. We wanted a new low-flow toilet and the wash basin had to be replaced because the built-in faucet dripped and could not be repaired. In addition, the space is very tight with the door just clearing the wash basin. They worked with us to find a replacement sink from a reuse center with the same profile as our old sink and looked original to the home. They also helped us find a low-flow toilet looked vintage. The demolition and reconstruction was all completed within 5 business days and included installing a beautiful marble tile floor. They stand behind their work and respond very quickly to phone calls.”

“We have had two excellent experiences with Perkins Construction Company. The first job entailed window replacement and residing of our house. Perkins brought great attention to detail to this task. Details associated with house wrap, flashing, and siding reveals were handled carefully. The result was and still is beautiful and durable. The second job was a complete remodeling of the living areas of our house – living room, kitchen, dining room, and hallways. This entailed a completely new kitchen, new hardwood flooring, new balustrade, and new casings. The project resulted in a wonderful transformation of these spaces, again with excellent workmanship. Perkins also provided excellent design consultation during the process.”

“Strouss Construction is the most reliable construction company in our area. They came out and took measurements,came back with a professional, well written estimate. When they said they would start renovations they arrived on time, to the minute! Unlike two other companies in our area who never had the professionalism to return a call. Dan and his two sons did a great job. They made sure we were happy with every detail. We were so impressed with their workmanship on our two bathrooms we decided to have them redo our kitchen. I would highly recommend Strouss Construction.”
