“Hi :) my name is Annabelle and we are from Sunnyvale California, I just finished a new renovation, and I would like to share with you guys my wonderful experience, we started the process with a lot of fears because of previous experience that we had with another contractor two years ago, from the first meeting with Asi, me and my husband felt the honesty and integrity right away, we describe to her what we would like to achieve in our kitchen remodeling project and together with ideas that came from her designer we decided on the final layout, We needed a new kitchen renovation for our home ASAP, we are all working from home, my husband and I and our older daughter, and the kitchen became much more important, it was very surprising but we succeeded to pass all the inspections on time, The communication part was great, personally I preferred to communicate with Asi directly but they are working with a personal online portal that some people will find useful, we needed a few times that Asi will come to us to discuss on a few changes and we always felt comfortable to share with her our concerns and ideas, and eventually we are very satisfied from the end result!”

I first worked with Paul on Michelle Kaufmann modular homes and was struck by the depth of preparation that Paul undertook to ensure that projects flowed as smoothly as possible. “Manny and his crew are on time, honorable, efficient and extremely neat. The Keystone builders installed our new kitchen, doors, windows and even rain gutters plus repaired tiled flooring with minimal disruption and lots of care. The work was so meticulous I was able to delay the interior painting for another year and instead their awesome team painted the exterior of the house in half the time we planned. I look forward to working with them again!”

“We hired Clever Design and Remodeling to remodel our kitchen in our condo. We had met with two other contracting companies and we were given a similar quote as Clever but to be honest, meeting with Gilli gave me a totally different level of confidence than meeting with the others. We replaced most of the carpeting in our home with European Oak wood flooring which is beautiful. We also had the kitchen cabinets refinished and a new stainless steel over the range microwave installed as well as coordinating new sink fixtures and all new cabinet hardware. Recessed lighting was installed in the living room, kitchen, and master bath with necessary patching and all ceilings painted. Roy was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the project -plumbing, electrical, carpentry- displaying true craftsmanship in his work. Gilli was great to work with, she is very detail oriented and he and his team always left our house and the common areas in the condo building extremely clean (cleaner than it was originally, honestly). The Clever Design and Remodeling team really went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and happy with the work. Strongly recommended!!!!”

“Aleixo and the team did a great job on my guest bath remodel and service panel replacement. The project included all new bath fixtures, exhaust fan, lighting, vanity, mirrors, ceiling, walls, window, crown molding, tile shower/bath/floor and quartz vanity top. His workmanship is excellent. He is very detail oriented and has great ideas regarding do's and don'ts. He also replaced my electrical panel and pulled new circuits to the bath room. Everything is now to code! I have already asked Aleixo to do the master bath room. I highly recommend Cano Eixo Construction. You will be thrilled with the results and his level of professionalism and expertise. I am so glad to have found such a trustworthy and reliable contractor. Kudos to Aleixo and the team!”

“I can't say many wonderful things about Green California Builders. I wanted to built a new home and had no idea where to start in regards to design and construction permits. I heard about these guys because of my friend. I met EZ (the main project manager) after scheduling the appointment. He guided us through the entire process with ideas, advises and material selection. I liked his vision and we agree on the budget. Few days later the project started. After few months, we now have a wonderful new house. I'm so grateful to choose these guys and I recommended them 100%!!!”

“We worked with HDR Remodeling twice in our Oakland condo: once in 2007 to convert a hall closet into a laundry closet. Most recently in May-June 2012 to remodel and repaint the whole condo after a major mold remediation. In 2007 we purchased a washer & dryer and needed a closet fixed up to accommodate them. We interviewed a few contractors, but were most impressed with Philip's experience and went with him. His pricing was not the lowest of the contractors we met, but not overly high either. And as with our most recent project, we feel we got quality work for our price. Each professional who came in for their piece of the job (plumber, carpenter, electrician, etc.) was courteous and all of them worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job on time. They could have used sturdier shelving, but it's held up okay these past 5 years. This spring we needed to remodel the condo in preparation for sale. After our move out of the condo last year, we had mold remediation throughout the condo so all our bamboo flooring was taken out, a foot or more of drywall was removed from many interior walls and our bedroom windows were stripped down to the studs. HDR replaced all the drywall, covered the window frames, painted the entire condo, put down new carpeting and replaced a broken sliding door screen. Since we were out of state, Philip did his initial walk-through while on the phone with me then sent photos regularly so we were completely updated each step of the way. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner with HDR sourcing all the materials and workers. Overall I recommend HDR for their excellent customer service, friendly and competent workers and long-time experience. Their prices are a bit high, but not unreasonable for the quality work we've seen.”

“We moved to California a few years ago, and were a little in the dark on who to go to when we purchased our home. Our freind recommended Bay Home Remodeling for our project, and we could not be more pleased with the work. They really took the reigns and completed an amazing project for us. Tom was prompt, organized, and a pleasure to work with. Our home built in the almost 100 years ago and had minimal renovations over the years. The team helped us create a beautiful design that opened up the floor plan, and completely remodeled the house based on our life style. Tom and Gal were the lead contractors on our job, and we loved having them at the house every day. We were actually very sad when they were finished because it meant they wouldn't be a part of our day to day life. The finished product is BEAUTIFUL. Everything was completed to perfection. They made the home new, while keeping the charm of the house. The team gave us great insights along the way. When we were stuck on a decision they guided us the right direction. I loved that Tom would always include his input when we were making a design decision. His expertise and experience was invaluable in making the right calls. We found that the selection of finishes from the Bay Home Remodeling partners excellent. We love the cabinetry, flooring, and counter top. Overall we could not be more pleased with our renovated home, and our time working with Bay Home Remodeling.
