“I highly recommend Tom Stumpff of Stumpff Homeworks, LLC, and his team. We love the beautiful work they did on our complete kitchen and bath remodels. As a design professional, I love good design, and Tom’s team lived up to my high expectations. From the very beginning, Tom spent the time necessary to make us feel at home with each step of the remodel. He listened carefully, discussing our needs, providing design ideas and options, and promptly answering all of our questions. His estimate was realistic and he thoughtfully addressed every aspect of the project. Throughout both the kitchen and bath remodels, Tom and his team remained on-time and on-budget while keeping the workspace clean and organized. Respectful, trustworthy and good-natured, they all went the extra mile ensuring everything was done to our satisfaction. Perhaps best of all, Tom and his team tread lightly in our home during the remodel and found no unforeseen problems. “We hired Joseph So's Solid Rock Custom Contstruction Company to refinish several hardwood floors in our house built in the 1920's including a Brazilian walnut parkay floor. He came in with a very reasonable bid to do the parkay floor, 15 steps to a second story, upstairs hallway and two bedrooms with closets. The job was done professionally and on time. They minimized dust, and cleaned up after. They also went beyond the normal in repairing some rough spots where hallway joined the bedroom. We were very happy and would highly recommend them!”

He is the most supremely organized individual...friends were always jealous of the detailed paperwork he provided weekly -- I still refer to it today! “We first decided what work was to be done and a contract was signed that was specific about the work so we both knew what to expect. The work requested was redo 2 bathrooms, replace front windows and back door and repair a shed. They began work when they stated they would and worked steady to finish on time. The workmen were considerate and told me what they were going to work on. I would hire them again without hesitation. I love the final result and pleased with the quality of the work.”

“Homoly Construction is the premier environmentally focused builder in the region. We have been blessed to work as a vendor / subcontractor to Homoly Construction on several projects. On this LEED Certified home we provided the bamboo flooring. If there is an environmentally focus home being built in the Kansas City Metropolitan area Homoly Construction and Davidson Architecture seem to be building it. USGBC LEED for homes, HBA Green Home certified they build them all.”
