“Chris and his team gave my wife and I one of the best experiences one could ask for considering we sustained damage throughout the house from hurricane Ian leaving us in complete disarray. After failing to get responses or long lead times for repairs, Chris provided a very competitive price and started within a few days of signing our agreement. We highly recommend their services as they are reliable, professional, clean, friendly, and did an outstanding job in managing multiple projects in several areas of our house while having to maneuver around all of our belongings which they covered and protected. “We got three bids for our job and Victor's was very competitive. We like his people skills, timely responses and honesty with every aspect of the project. Our project was a $44,000 remodel/addition. We added a floor over our two story front room, creating a playroom/media room. We then added an office and guest "suite" (bathroom included) in the open loft area that already existed. Victor and his crew were AMAZING! They were polite, on time and did an amazing cleanup at the end of each day. He was very attentive and I felt that he really understood the look we were going for. He gave us different options when necessary. It was obvious that he really wanted us to be happy and we are. Our job was completed on time and in budget. Our plumbing, electrical, framing and final inspections went off without a hitch. Our next project is the kitchen and Victor and his team will definitely be doing it.”

“I purchased a home build by Woody and JMiller Building Company. The home had already been built when I purchased it and after looking at many other new and older homes, I found this home to be unique and with a very good attention to detail. I looked at a lot of generic homes and found this house to have a lot of extras that others lacked... details that I thought made the home nicer and more secure. Woody also took it a step farther for us. Before moving in there were just a few left over items that needed to be completed and Woody stepped in before we moved in and afterwards to make sure that everything was done to our standards. He was proud of the home he built and really stood by his product, and I respect that and I am thankful for that. Especially because I live in the house full time!”

“Siteline Construction was hired to serve as the GC for a home renovation project including gutting and installing a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, laying a new tile floor throughout the house as well as completing electrical, HVAC and plumbing upgrades. His workmanship and attention to detail were remarkable. Being off island for most of the 6 month construction project, Brandon Tierney provided ongoing updates including photographs of progress being made as well as issues that were being encountered... between weekly conference calls and daily emails (as needed) he was able to resolve issues quickly with minimal impact on budget and schedule. The project was completed on time and on budget as promised. We HIGHLY recommend Brandon and Siteline Construction Group and would definitely hire them again for future projects. “Can not say enough about Ron, owner of Westshore Homes and Renovations. Feel we won the lottery by choosing him as our builder. His attention to detail is second nature and has made our building process fun. He has a lot of experience and it shows. He's always available and is tremendous help in eliminating stress that often accompanies the building process. His ability to strategically stage a custom built home has been the biggest blessing. From moving the dishwasher to better accommodate convenience to eliminating closet doors as a way to create more workable space are just a couple to mention... Mistakes are inevitable when building, however having a professional eye that is able to catch and correct quickly is vital to help create a smooth building process for the customer. During our building process we had a tornado go down our street causing significant damage to just about every home... Our structure was virtually untouched. I credit this to the high quality material used and thorough workmanship. Ron even hired a private inspector who was more thorough than the one provided by the city. Ron exceeding all expectations. Our home is more beautiful then ever imagined! Not only beautiful, but also convenient and well organized. Choosing Ron was the best decision we made. He really helped us understand where to spend money to make the biggest difference and enhance the quality, the living and investment of our new home. We cannot thank him enough! He is the best!
