The team created a kitchen for us that has changed the feel of our home entirely! The project was completed faster than I had anticipated and with remarkable consideration of how a kitchen remodel effects a family. “Honest, family run, customer service oriented operation. I came to them with a general idea to knock down a wall to combine my outdated medium sized kitchen and small dining area into one multi functioning space. They were ready, willing, and well equipped to fill in the blanks. There were a lot of blanks. I have a small {1000 sq. ft.} 2BR 1Bath ranch so this renovation represented approximately 1/3 of my house. Complicating the project was the loss of the baseboard heat that ran along the wall that was to be demolished (we would eventually go with radiant heat under the new wood floor to match the existing wood floor). John Little the owner (contractor/carpenter), and Mike Potapchuk (designer) came to the house and I was immediately impressed with their "can do" attitude while offering practical options for the many technical aspects of the project. They have an excellent reputation in the area and they offered a reasonable price so I did not shop around, we just got to work. A thousand and one decision to be made about things that I had absolutely no opinion about. This was why I had put this project off till now. They recommended I spend time developing opinions by visiting the Houzz website. After numerous hours with Mike and many visits to their well equipped design center in East Northport we had a plan. They could not have been more patient with me. At one point I came to them with an idea for the island that I saw on Houzz. It was a table base for one end of the new island. Within minutes Ann Marie (John's wife) had the company who made that table base on the phone and was pricing it out. John said he could tie it in to the island easily. They made it happen and that table base is now the focal point of my beautiful new kitchen. They also offered 2 free hours of consultation with their interior designer. Mary Maggio helped immensely with the color scheme (particularly the island color) while offering many other decorating ideas. All the guys that came to the house were gentleman who respected my property and privacy. Matt in particular went the extra mile in making my 60 year old house look new again. All things considered, I find it hard to imagine another contractor better suited to my needs. Matt”

“Steve and the team at Sterling Construction are awesome. We did a huge renovation that most homeowners would be hesitant to do without an architect. Steve has all the design and installation knowledge anyone could hope for. From demolition to finish carpentry, his teams are great. The work was neat, timely and above all done to the highest standards. Having Steve on the job everyday gave us the confidence and assurance that our project would be completed as contracted. We were able to make some design changes during the job that only enhanced the beauty of our whole house renovation. You'd be hard pressed to find another GC that would do that.”

“John from Loridon was our last bid. From the moment he looked at our plans we knew he was the one for the job. We had total confidence! It was just like the Line- save the best for last! It was a total transformation . We made a contemporary home totally traditional. All his workers were great. We felt like it was white glove service. We also were tarped for 10 days with monsoon rains. But John handled it all perfectly. Him and his team are all extremely talented. Not only did they build us a beautiful home but their detail with azek is beautiful! We are just about to rip out our existing sidewalls on the inside staircase and add a railing and moldings and because it Loridon we have total confidence. We would have total confidence to recommend them for any size job - because it will be aggravation free! Also- John has Diana who is the go to person for all your needs. She is amazing and a real take charge person! We couldn't have been happier with the workmanship and all the workers! My husband was expecting this construction to be a nitemare and it was just the opposite! It was a grea experience Again ... we couldn't be happier! Again- we owe it all to John from Loridon planning and design!”

“Complete roof and siding redone. stone work to replace brick on front and driveway light piers. Replaced and trimmed out 16 windows and installed sliding doors on deck. very customer focused and stayed on time and budget. each part of job had an informed foreman in charge who was knowledgeable and helpful.”

“Glitz just finished a large renovation in my home in manhasset. They did my stairs, floors TWO bathrooms inclucing a master suite, a den living room and entry way. They were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. I could not be happier with the work that was done. Their pricing was very reasonable and better than any others we met with. They are professional and showed up every day at the same time. I was told the construction would take 6 to 8 weeks and I did not believe them and guess what?? They were done by week 8. We are planning on additional renavotions next year and I am so glad I already have the Contractor picked out. I plan on using them for all of my future projects.”

“I highly and without reservation recommend Mr. Gregory Sforza of Done Right Remodeling for any home improvement job you may require. He is talented in a variety of home improvement specialties including carpentry, installations, and demonstrates a completely accurate interpretation of a customer's ideas for a given project. He maintains a list of professionals who perform jobs within related specialties including electricians, plumbers and painters, for example. His estimates are fair, and there are no hidden costs. If extra materials are required he discusses this beforehand with the customer as the need arises so you are well-aware and may consent or decline extra materials or labor. He and his coworkers clean up the work area at the end of each day and are never " no shows", which is a common issue with other contractors I used in the past. When you've hired Done Right Remodeling you've made an educated choice.”
