“This was our first time purchasing a new home and Hebert Homes was an amazing company to work with! After consultation with Nikki, we decided that we would build a new home. It was great to work with a professional who really took the time to understand my family and what we were looking for long term. I felt like we couldn't have gone wrong either way as their model homes were outstanding but we lucked out with our dream lot :) Nikki helped guide us through every step in the decision making process and ensured that we knew what was going on the whole time. They take pride in their work and you can tell in the final product. I have friends that have decided to go with other "large" building corporations and their experience hasn't been near the concierge experience my family had with Hebert Homes. They aren't building 300 homes a year so they have the time to help you and make you feel important. Hebert Homes provides a true costume home built with love. “We looked at single family detached homes for nearly 2 years. We looked at new construction and existing homes from far south suburbs to far west and north suburbs. Everything of the quality we were seeking was highly priced or had association fees that were extremely high. We found the Pratt development in Hugo and bought a lot the same day. The quality of these homes is very high, the pricing is very reasonable. We stopped nearly every day during the building process and the quality of the craftmanship was superior. They bend over backwards to make it a wonderful experience for the buyer. We love everything about our new home.”

“I hired Candor Services to re-weatherproof a sliding door for me. Lonnie quickly adjusted the door, lubricated it so it slid easily, and re aligned the lock so it closed better. He initially only came out to quote the project, but ended up doing the work right on the spot! He also made recommendations for properly maintaining the door, and showed me how to make minor adjustments myself, should I ever need too. We were very satisfied with Candor Services!”

“Jericho helped us through our lobby remodel at our publishing company! It was a very detailed project that we had designed by professionals. Honestly, there were so many unknowns and Nick and james worked through it all and problem solved wonderfully. The project had a couple small delays, like most construction projects :) But their top priority was communicating with me and making sure we were happy. I have to say, our designer was in tears as she told me it’s better than her vision! Her vision had come to life and all of us were thrilled with the results! If you’re looking for high quality and the details to matter- this is your company!”

“I turned my formal dining room into a mudroom with built in lockers and new entry for the half bath. The room is 10x14 which made for an awkward formal dining area. Now I have an area for coats, book bags, mail and office stuff! The contractor did a great job with communicating with me as well as getting my opinion on specifics.”

“DeAnne helped me with two remodeling projects. "Helped" is not the word I should choose. She was the general contractor hiring and scheduling all the sub-contractors, scheduling appointments with suppliers (appliances, lighting fixtures, carpet, tile, granite, paint). She also accompanied me on shopping trips to select accessories, etc. DeAnne worked within my time constraints--each remodeling project had to be completed within a three-month time frame since we occupy the property in question for a short period each year and I needed to be present while the work was in progress. DeAnne obviously has a terrific working relationship with all her subs and suppliers. She is very well-respected in the industry which spilled over into my relationships with them. I would definitely hire DeAnne for future projects and have recommended her to several of my friends.”
