“Sordan Construction is everything you look for in a company, and my experience with this company is nothing short of phenomenal. From the quality of work to the ingenuity, from the professionalism and punctuality, to the value of what you get, speaks of excellence. This company does not accept mediocre work even if it means spending its own money to rectify errors and obstacles in the projects. The company is also well versed with different styles and methods of construction: from traditional, transitional, contemporary, modern, and ultra modern. Sordan Construction also has software that tracks the project progress and engages the client every step of the way to ensure the client gets everything they desire, and more. The return on investment of their projects is astronomical. It is often said you get what you pay for. Sordan Construction has broad experience with installing everyday common materials to highly delicate and expensive import materials. Sordan Construction is not cheap, but rather reasonable because as mentioned above, they accept nothing less than an excellent job. As mentioned above, you get what you pay for. Pictures never do their work justice and I will upload pictures of the project at the end of the project. Sordan Construction literally transformed our traditional 12,000 sqft mansion into a modern contemporary marvel with high quality stones, smart home system, German kitchen cabinetry and top of the line appliances. “Tino and his crew are awesome. Tino painted the interior and exterior of my previous home and also my new home. Tino will review you project with you and make sure all aspects are addressed. Very fairly priced, prompt, and professional! Tino and his Crew will leave your place spotless and looking fabulous. Very hard working team. Tino will review job with you when done to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Definitely recommended.”

“We have used Carlos previously at our old house and he did a great job as we redid both bathrooms and installed new cabinets . His best quality is that he shows up EVERY day and is super detailed and responsive. His work is top notch and is very considerate by always cleaning up and taking his shoes off. He just refinished our basement in our new house and it looks amazing. Carlos is great at what he does but he is a better person. I cannot recommend him enough. I’m looking for more jobs so I can work with him again.”

“Fresh Start was excellent to work with from start to finish. They ordered a gorgeous reclaimed Heart Pine floor in our #1 Quartersawn grade for a high-end renovation job in Harvard Square. The job was well-organized and the schedule was budgeted appropriately to allow for flooring acclimation and installation times. Jobsite was neat and orderly and delivery was organized/executed well, despite the extremely narrow side street and tight driveways of the neighborhood. From start to finish, Fresh Start was easy to work with. They knew how to plan for and work with a high-end finish product and treated it and us with respect. Our experience working with them to patch historic white pine and Heart Pine floors in the area has been similar. We recommend their work to clients in the Boston area.”

“I live in New Jersey and have a few properties in Massachusetts. I needed work done on two of my properties. I normally send my team of guys up there when work or repairs are needed but this time I couldn't because of poor timing. I spoke to a handful of contractors over the phone. When I spoke to Chris from Develop X Properties, he reached my comfort level in the first minute of our convo. He assured me the work would be done within my budget and in a timely fashion. The most important part is that he kept me updated throughout the whole process. Chris was very responsive and very transparent. They did a fabulous job on both of my properties. “Dave is an excellent craftsmen, and intelligent builder. He returns calls on time, texts daily, and his pricing and work contract are very transparent We originally needed a window replaced, but the project morphed into a much larger project because of carpenter ants. He ended up having to replace all the shingling on one side of our house. Dave was very honest and clear on how the project escalated, what new costs were and gave us different options for budget and solutions. He encouraged us to go with a bit higher quality in materials, and we are really thankful we did the job right. It was late January and he and his fellow builder showed up in 10 degree weather for a week. His coworker was a pleasure to chat with every day, With 3 children at home, it’s important to feel comfortable with workers and I fully trust Dave and his Team. He always was meticulous with clean up. My one suggestion would be to understand his payment plan. We gave him a down payment and then wrote fairly substantial checks weekly. I felt like I was not always prepared with money in the bank to cover that week’s installments. I would prefer one deposit down and final payment at end but this was our only issue. His knowledge and expertise were worth it,! We were very pleased with the end result and quality of work and highly recommend him!”

“We recently completed a first floor bathroom and laundry/utility room renovation with Millstone Creations. Peggy, the coordinator and all around “go to” was a pleasure to work with. She was organized and responsive and kept the all the moving pieces in place. Shon, the cabinet maker and problem solver displayed quality workmanship throughout all aspects of his involvement. We were especially pleased with the tile work which was significant and resulted in a beautiful, walk-in shower and floor. Our job was completed on time and on budget! We would not hesitate to recommend this company.”
