“Removed existing cement porch, roof support and sidewalk. Replaced all with new, widened sidewalk and added reinforcement as necessary. The work was completed within the stated timeframe. The same workers were here for the duration of the project. All work was explained to the homeowners. Work was neat, clean up was prompt and the actual cost matched the estimate. Everyone was polite. The work that was done was better quality than the original structures and has improved the value and look of our home. Overall, we were very pleased with the project.”

“Gerling was subcontracted to install new insulated vinyl siding on my house in Spring 2015. They worked quickly, fluidly, and made me aware of what they were doing as well as explained to me anything which was unclear or I had questions about. I had old siding off, clean-up and prep for new, and new siding installed in just under 4.5days with a 2man crew! They busted their butts and did a very good job overall. I am very happy with this company and the owner, Jason, is a very nice, fun, and driven professional; and his sidekick, Greg, is just as hardworking and fun too! I recommend them to anyone asking about siding, or general construction.”

“About 15 years ago, Carl Hill and his team built our 3,700-sq. fr. Home in Urbana, IL. It was a beautifully constructed house and the place where we raised our family, so it helped create a lot of great memories. Carl worked with us to revise the original plans to get just the home we wanted, and we lived there for 10 years. (We only downsized to save money when our youngest left for college.) Since then, Carl has also helped us with renovations in our new home, including finishing our entire basement, and we couldn't be happier. He's a conscientious builder who attends to the details and makes his clients happy!”
