“David McCay built our house on Lake Chatuge. He was totally involved from start to finish, from siting the house on the lot to handing us the key when finished. Not only was he engaged in every process, he directed many aspects of the building process. He was there everyday and was involved in decisions that affected design even though we had plans. David was never shy about giving an opinion that would improve the house. It was always very apparent that our house was his house in that it was a reflection of his work. We have since been able to tour other houses on the lake in similar price ranges and it is our opinion that none compare to this house.”

“Transformation Renovations provided the vision my wife and I had for our Kitchen/Living room renovation. We had other contractors look at our home and all most gave up on the project all together until I made the call to Brian at Transformation Renovations. They engineered the project for the start. No other contractor took the time to look at all the aspects of the job but Transformation Renovations did. I am very happy with the results. Our home is a new and beautiful space now because of Brain and his team.”

“Wanted to build our basement out so we contacted three local companies for estimates and quotes. “Kristina and Jeff helped us update and furnish a newly purchased cabin and get it ready to go on the STR market. They did fantastic work and we are so happy with the cabin. They were on time and on budget. The cabin is now a very successful STR. We had to manage this project long distance and Kristina and Jeff are so dependable, trustworthy and willing to do whatever is necessary to successfully complete the project. I highly recommend this business and we will definitely use them again for any projects we have in the future.”

“It was great working with Richard - he has unbounded enthusiasm for creating environmentally healthy homes which use as little on-grid energy as possible. His creative ideas regarding passive solar heating meshed right in with my less-educated desires. The end result is an Energy Star certified home with passive solar heating and active solar water heating .... and it looks good too!!!!”
