We purchased our home while already under construction and had our first of many positive experiences with them finishing the construction to our tastes and design. Since 2016 we have had them do multiple big projects. A year after moving in, we had Brad and his team back to finish our basement where we added a full bath, office/bedroom with a built-in desk and walk in closet along with a large family room space aka man town. May 2022 was our most recent project, where we had them back both expand our deck and add a garage under the deck. We couldn't be happier with the results. “Replaced two windows. Installed new kitchen tile. Replaced stone flooring in front door entry way. Repaired damage caused by carpenter ants to one side of my house. Replaced roof on house. Replaced roof on storage shed and added gutter to it. Had him do work on my nephew's condo in Middletown, Ct where he installed new ceramic tile in the condo bathroom and replaced much of the floor molding., and replaced the threshold leading into kitchen. He has done much work for me. He is reasonable, on time, and has always provided value for the money I spent. I will always rely on Lee for any home repairs I need. All my dealings with him for myself and my nephew go back at least three years. The last (new roof) in June of 2015.”

I had one other contractor look at the job but they were not willing to work with me to get the job done. Andrey listened to my ideas about how I wanted it built, and he worked with me to make it happen. I am in Boston so getting the permits to start the job was a huge effort. Andrey was great working with the city to get the permits. I am very happy with the way the project turned out.”

“Taylec has done two large remodeling projects on our house. The first project was a large 2 car garage with family room above it and a small entryway in the front of the house. The second project was a full remodel of our kitchen that also involved moving the location of our stairs down to the basement. Doing large remodeling projects can be very stressful. Luckily, Roman was a great communicator throughout the projects and always willing to answer our call whenever we had questions. He also provided guidance throughout the construction to make sure we got the best quality within our budget.
