“When we decided to have our kitchen and the floor in the adjacent dining room remodeled we wanted to support local businesses and find someone in town to do it. We're so glad we found STG Services. We filled out and submitted the Project Submission form on the STG website. Wayne sent us an email the same day and we set up an appointment for 8AM the following Monday morning. We were very impressed when the doorbell rang at 7:58AM on Monday morning. Wayne was quick, professional, and really seemed to know the business. We received 3 detailed estimates within a week and selected the option which included repairing the kitchen cabinets as needed, painting all doors and cabinets, installing new hardware, a new backsplash, new hardwood kitchen floor with heavy duty water based polyurethane and refinishing the dining room floor. We added staining the floor golden oak and painting a standing cabinet in the kitchen to the project and were satisfied with the added cost. Wayne and Justin were professional, capable and we appreciated the fact that they used plastic sheets to keep the dust to a minimum. They had a great attention to detail and were very thoughtful. We can’t say enough about how pleased we are with how this project went and with STG Services in general. We highly recommend them for any work that may be needed. They are professional, competent and we will contact them again for future work that we need done”

“My wife and I have used Brad at Custom Builders many times since 2016 when we purchased our home from them. We purchased our home while already under construction and had our first of many positive experiences with them finishing the construction to our tastes and design. Since 2016 we have had them do multiple big projects. A year after moving in, we had Brad and his team back to finish our basement where we added a full bath, office/bedroom with a built-in desk and walk in closet along with a large family room space aka man town. May 2022 was our most recent project, where we had them back both expand our deck and add a garage under the deck. We couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, all of our experiences were nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, Brad and his team demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process. “Kitchen remodel and 2 Bathroom remodels I had the pleasure of working with Matriarch Construction to remodel my kitchen and 2 bathrooms and they exceeded our expectations. "Received daily emails regarding progress and/or upcoming information/meetings. Quick response/resolution to any concerns/changes requested. Clear breakdown of allowances/estimates, including any change orders. Friendly, and reliable from start to finish. Which is a huge comfort for a family having work done in their home - especially with young kids. Great follow through with open items at the end of the job. Did not have any issues getting them to come back to finish even the smallest items. Outstanding service. Thank you Matriarch!”
