“The Cape Associates crew was replacing a bunch of exterior trim for us. Our wish list exceeded our budget and they were very good about steering us in the right direction about what the most pressing issues were and what could wait another year or two. The communication from the project manager was stellar. We had some roof shingles blow off during a storm while we were away. They got in touch with us to let us know and fixed the problem for us right away. They did stellar work and really took care of us from a customer service perspective. We will definitely work with these guys again.”

Both the Valle Group and I were venturing into new territory on a Custom Home set to meet the passive House Standard. “Philbrook Engineering & Construction has been our "building partner" for 16 years now. We have hired them to assist us in the design, and then subsequently engineer and build three high end custom "dream homes" for us here on Cape Cod. My wife and I enjoy the entire building creative process and get the itch to do it again every 5 or 6 years. We were actually approached with unsolicited offers to sell both of the previous homes that they built for us which speaks volumes. I guess it goes without saying that we have found them wonderful to work with and extremely professional. My wife and I regularly hear horror stories from others who have not had the same experience when hiring a building contractor. In addition to our homes, I have hired PE&C for 3 other construction projects at my local business. Varn and Kelley both have keen "design taste", common sense, and a wealth of experience with regard to the entire building process. They have held our hands when necessary and always listened to us as clients. Our faith and trust in them is beyond words and I would highly recommend them for any construction project, big or small.
