“I called Scott at LTB Propoerties in a bind: the condo above mine had a significant leak which came through the ceiling in my unit's living room and brought half the ceiling down. I called Scott on a Thursday and he was able to get in there, inspect it, and do the demo work on Friday. By Monday, the sheet rock was hung and sealed, and by Tuesday, it was painted and looked like nothing had ever happened. Scott's responsiveness meant minimal inconvenience for my tenant. He was professional and extremely responsive, even helping me by providing before/during/after pictures for the insurance claim I had to make. Scott and LBT Properties came highly recommended by a friend, and I would DEFINITELY recommend him.”

“We needed a complete remodel for our bathrom. They were easy to work with and assisted us in meeting our budgetary goal while providing a great looking room with quanlity materials/fixtures. Every aspect of the job was handled professionally and no corners were cut. Kim and Jay communicated before and after every phase of the job to make sure were where informed, and happy with each part of the project. “M Castle Construction designed and built a one thousand square foot patio with a stone wall. The patio was built on two different levels with a long stair case connecting the two patios. Santos, the owner, is honest and hard working. He took about three months to complete the project. His employees were kind and respectful. Every stone for the wall was perfectly hand cut. You can barely see any concrete between the stones. In person, the patio looks like a work of art. His stone workers are truly master craftsmen. We are completely pleased with the outcome of the project.”
