“Natural Woodworkers completed a full remodel of our home including exterior and interior elements. We enthusiastically recommend them! They gave us a new kitchen, bathrooms, hardwood floors, tile work, custom cabinets and all the details perfectly done to my wife's quite exacting standards. Let me also mention the pergola, siding and important fixes our 40 year old home needed. Now our home is like new. The former owner drove by one day and begged us to give him a tour. He was so impressed that he pleaded to have us show it to his wife later that day! Aside from the excellent work these craftsmen do, you will find they are just plain great people. We actually missed them when they were finished. I whole heartedly recommend these guys. Come see my place if you think I'm exaggerating.”

“Gabriela went way beyond the call of duty to help my husband and I pull together the remodel/interior design of my home in 2 months. I had a contractor but we needed help to choose tile, paint, draperies, faucets, tub, lighting fixtures and more. She also gave us contact information to find a great electrician to install new lighting fixtures - sconces, chandeliers, and many recessed lights to brighten up a dark home. We met at stores and showrooms. Gabriela met our deadline, gave us suggestions but is a great listener and always supported our decisions.”

“Did a great job building my house. It turned out to be well built. Close to budget and under a year to build! Tony Rutgers has assembled an A team with dedicated foremen and supervisors to get the job done. He has subs that show up and get the job done and he is fair with the pricing of fixing mistakes. He and his crew are all delightful to work with. They worked very well with my designer, Michael Paxton.”

“Kevin repaired our mailbox, which was about to fall off its post. He pulled up two steel stakes that I had driven into the ground with a sledge hammer 12 years ago, and no one else could pull up. He adjusted some doors that had been messed up when the house started sagging a little, because we had a bad builder originally, who left a support out of one end. He removed a torn screen from the screen door in front, after repairing that door so it closes and latches correctly again, and he's getting that re-screened for us. And he's working up bids for some more work. Honest, affordable and competent! The 3 things we value most in a tradesman like this!”

“I continue to work with Lipari Construction on a regular basis however wanted to submit this review based on a large project we did a few years ago in Vail, Colorado. This was a very high end, extremely detailed, large multi residential project in which Donato was one of the lead project managers for the contractor at the time. Aside from his professional yet personable demeanor, I was immediately impressed by his span of knowledge. This was a project where he answered to the developer in addition to over 20 homeowners. We work with many contractors and Donato's organizational skills are second to none. Not only is he a perfectionist in construction, but also in documentation, administration follow up, and most important, communication! I would recommend hiring Lipari Construction as you get the best all of worlds: honesty and transparency, detailed documentation, passion in building, and truly keeping the clients best interest to heart. Donato is always ready and willing to answer my questions in a non intimidating friendly manner. Knowing and working with him for over 10 years, I have no doubt why he earned his highly respected reputation as a top builder in Summit County Colorado.”

“Selecting the right contractor was one of the more stressful parts of our renovation, but at the end of it all, and at every point in between, I was confident we had made the right choice with Edgewood. The team at Edgewood really did an outstanding job with our massive renovation project. The quality, cost management, project organization, and everything were all outstanding. The real thing that makes me recommend Edgewood to friends is their trustworthiness. The team at Edgewood was always very direct and I always trusted that they had my best interest at heart, both financially and in the finish quality. With any project, there will be mess ups and surprises, but Edgewood was extremely proactive about fixing any problems and making things right. They never tried to cover anything up or play anything down. When you work with this team, you're working with real professionals. At the end of the project, I can truly say that I had an excellent experience with my contractor, and I don't know many people who have renovated or done construction who can say that.”
