“Bryan has done some exterior work on our 1930s house that I couldn't find anyone else who would even consider the job. His team was quick, efficient, and friendly. We enjoyed the experience so much that we had him do a full kitchen remodel. The kitchen project was affected by covid and supply chain issues, so we had some delays and had to make some different choices due to price fluctuations, but Bryan was very communicative and honest during the process. He and his team find ways to get things done rather than take the easy way out or make excuses. The kitchen is beautiful and functional. I strongly recommend Seawolf and Bryan for any interior or exterior work you might be considering.”

“Nothing short of EXCELLENT in EVERY aspect. Never thought we'd consider building "fun" but Pinnacle indeed makes construction a good experience with their incredible people and focus on quality. The company was recommended to us by friends who built a home with Pinnacle, thrilled with the company through every phase of building. We then hired Pinnacle for a major garage and kitchen renovation. We were so pleased with the quality of construction and the amazing communication re: costs and progress, that we decided to build with Pinnacle over renovating! From the president of the company to our property manager, EVERY employee is enthusiastic, loves what they do, EXCELS in communication and client care. “When you decide to build a new home/addition it can be out right intimidating with getting permits and all the decisions to be made. My husband and I decided to build a small home on our property for my parents and started taking on the daunting task of getting permits ourselves. We finally realized it was time to get help and find a contractor. We found Frank and Riki through other reviews and had an amazing experience from the very first meeting. They are a great team and were able to move the permitting process along quickly and with more ease than us alone. The workers they hired were respectful of our property and did an amazing job. Frank is very knowledgeable about his field and Riki keeps things on track and helped us so much with the interior of the home. They kept in contact every step of the way and made an experience that started out miserable much more enjoyable as it should be when building a place you will call home. I can not say enough good thing about these 2. If your looking for a contractor look no further!”

“Levi and his team are exceptional at what they do! As an Interior Designer, I have worked with many builders, and have been blown away by the final product. I hand over floorplans, space plans, finish plans and everything in between and they execute it as specified, or contact me when suprises arise. I appreciate the specific attention to detail, excellent communication and completion of a job. Their work is always to the standard of my clients, and their team is always friendly. They finish a project with the same "gusto" they start a project, which is another thing I see among other trades I have worked with in the past. I highly recommend Paramount. “Clark Johnson and Apex Mt Homes were selected by my wife and me from many contractors we knew in the area. Clark has done over 100 projects in the area and we loved the mountain look and the attention to detail as well energy saving methods Clark uses. In addition he brought us very innovative building methods, including Revit and pre-cut framing, yet still totally custom design that saved us 10's of thousands of dollars. The process was fun and creative. What we liked was a home that was grander, warmer in feel, and repeatedly receives comments from guests who say great things about the beauty, livability, great layout, and attention to mountain views. We also particularly appreciated the transparent budgeting and expense tracking system that kept our tension level very low. We moved in a month early, below budget. We would gladly build with Clark and his team again. We also found that the relationship was oriented primarily on what we wanted. The team repeatedly showed great ability at creatively getting us unique solutions and attributes that we wanted without breaking the budget.”
