“I contracted Curtis White Companies to build a home plan that I had found on the internet. Joe and Katie were very easy to work with -- they explained everything that had to be done and gave realistic expectations of how the process would work. Once construction began, they were very good keeping me updated on progress and aware of what steps needed to be taken. They were always good about hitting specific target dates (despite a very rainy summer to work in) and kept me in the know on the things I needed to have to them. In the end, the final product is the home I was hoping for and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Joe and Katie to anyone looking to build a house.”

“AIP Construction is true to their name! They can help make Anything Possible! I moved into the area and was in need of a home. I searched for a home on the market that I thought would be right for me. I couldn't find a home that fit my wants and needs that I absolutely loved or thought was worth the price. After meeting with Jonathan and Teressa, I knew I was on the right track. They encouraged me to make a list of must haves and wants and then prioritize the list. I did that and gave it to them. We looked at plans. Although I had bought several pre-existing homes, I had never built. I was having a hard time visualizing what the home would look like from drawing to reality. They were very patient through the process of designing, building and finishing my home. It is a custom built, beautiful home that I want to keep forever! Everyone who walks into my home is blown away at how amazing it is from layout, finishes, color scheme and lighting. I got more than I was expecting and am forever grateful. Mareno Construcion started on our home on Jan 5th 2017 and my home was completed in April 2017 and we were able to move in in May of 2017. If you are looking to build and you want it done right, give Mareno Construction a call. The owners are very knowledgeable in homebuilding industry. Their entire focus was making sure we were happy and pleased with the progress they were making on the construction of our new home. They are fair, easy to work with, reliable and most of all dependable. You can always text or call and talk with one of the owners, whenever you have questions. Just know, you will never be ignored. “BMR Homes is my remodeling choice for over 5 years. We've collaborated on two award-winning design projects. First, Chris Youngs and his crew converted a small unusable attic space to a spacious 15' x 20' light-filled design studio. The second project realized my design of an addition to replace an aging deck. This complicated custom addition features a 20' square deck and a spacious entertainment / media / sunroom with a 16' ceiling, 14 windows, motorized shades, custom lighting and a media center. All of these systems are remotely controlled through Wi-Fi, iPhone and iPad. This complex project was completed to my specifications and serves well for professional entertaining, meetings with my design students and family gatherings. BMR’s crafts persons responded to my needs as owner - designer working hard to make real the details specified. The challenge of realizing (in steel and wood framing) a complexly shaped 21’ x 26’ x 16’ high room on a steeply sloping lot was met with energy on the part of the carpenters and resulted in success within 1/4”. The interplay of as many as five “sub-contractors” in one week was orchestrated without conflict or confusion. Budget and deadline were followed and as designs changed, I was kept completely informed. Chris’s choices on electrical, insolation, stonework and media sub-contractors facilitated to project’s positive outcome. Real highlights are the “super-solid” deck, the gutters, the colored concealed trough and outdoor lighting, super efficient insolation, the “Hardy Board” exterior siding and the “mini – split - system” HVAC system.
