“After doing extensive research and talking to multiple contractors I settles on Mr & Mrs. Construction for my bathroom renovation project. From initial consultion to design to picking of tiles and materials they were always there to guide us when we needed it. Lital was the project manager for us and she was a pleasure to deal with. Quality of work performed was great and the end result came out amazing. I would definitely recommend Mr & Mrs. Construction to anyone looking to get their bathroom redone in an affordable budget.”

“Innovation preformed a stellar remodel of my 1927 Craftsmen. From the foundation up. They replaced all of my plumbing with PEX, all of my knob and tube to romex and insulated my entire roof and walls. They resurfaced my floors and walls, and completely remodeled all of my bathrooms and my bedrooms. My wife was pregnant with our second child so they had to manage to finish the house in a timely manner, get all the permits approved, and have the house complete before she gave birth. They were vacuuming the last piece of dirt when we brought my daughter home to her brand new amazing home. Working with contractors is difficult, and usually a disaster when it comes to communication. I'd say that working with Innovation was the same. It was hard and when you are remodeling a home that old--- its hard to stay on the same page with your contractor. Dont get me wrong-- we had our issues throughout the process-- but the end result was something amazing, and the bill was well below what I would have expected to pay. If you want great work, quality work, for reasonable pricing-- these are the guys to hire. If you want someone to hold your hand and provide excellent communication and planning--- you're in for a headache---- but i promise it will be worth it. Thanks Andrew and Team!!!”

“Bay Remodels was the right company for my renovation. The remodel of my kitchen was well organized from the beginning to the end. I am so very pleased with the results. The subcontractors were on time and extremely competent. Each phase of the work was overseen by Arsen and each day closed with detailed cleanliness. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, well mannered, kind and enthusiastic. It was a pleasant experience, done as I wanted. A job well done, gorgeous! “Thank Goodness we found Appetite for Construction! Our family was in the beginning stages of a major remodeling project when we lost our contractor to unforeseen circumstances. We panicked! Most companies were completely booked when we got a referral from a friend to given Mike (owner and general contractor) a call. That phone call started a one year relationship with Mike and his crew and we cannot say enough good things about him and his company. First of all he was able to squeeze us into an already very busy schedule of his, and despite being extremely busy we immediately knew we would be well taken care of. It's not an easy task to take over a project that had been started by another company. His strong communication and extensive experience working on remodeling homes definetnly showed. The transition was smooth and he was able to keep our original timeline and meet all expectations we originally had for the project. My husband and i were amazed at his ability to navigate working with the original sub-contractors that were already lined up to work. When Mike's crew came in to do parts of the project they were all professional, efficient and very easy to work with as well. Mike clearly has good established relationships with the building inspectors and is an expert in knowing all the in's and out's of the city's proccess. I believe only ONE of the inspections didn't pass (a minor change needed to be made), which allowed us to stay on time and ON BUDGET! Mike is also a designer in disguise. When getting to the finish work, he offered suggestions on how certain details could add better function but also better design overall. We were sold on his ideas and the execution and attention to detail was spot on. We could not be happier with how our project turned out. So much so, we already have future projects in the works. Thank you Appetite for Construction for an amazing job :)”

“Cal Green completely remodeled my bathrooms, updated lighting, a kitchen update and updated doors throughout my home. From the first meeting Shai listened carefully to my thoughts as I shaped my thinking and decisions relative to the remodel and provided a timely estimate, answered my many questions, had a project plan, and had a great team. I would encourage anyone to check out Cal Green Remodeling. They exceeded all my expectations when they constructed our new 900sqf ADU! Construction can be stressful, but Shai made the process easy. He was extremely hands-on for the duration of my remodel. He made frequent visits and made sure we were always on schedule. The crew was skillful and respected my home by cleaning up every day. I couldn't be happier with the end result. It was a true pleasure to work with them and I highly recommend Cal Green Remodeling to anyone.”

“I was looking for a company to remodel my mom's property in alameda. I heard about this company from a friend and I decided to give it a shot . My mom is 75 years old and not able to communicate so I came to help her. Initially, we wanted to remodel our kitchen but decided to extend our kitchen and dinning room by breaking the wall that divided it. Maor the owner had a lot of layout options to choose from. He is very knowledgeable about design, and offered other possibilities. He also explain the different price between each option . We decided move forward with the build out and started the work on feb 14th. It took him 6 weeks to finish the project. My conclusion: He was almost every day supervise the different crews. Easy to communicate with. He is very pleasant person, he alway find a solution to any request we had. The crew was very professional and pass all inspection the first time . Every day they clean my house and moved their equipment on the side of the house . They didn't work on weekends for our request. He helped us choose all the fixtures from different supplier. Most of the guys speak English and very respectful to both my mom and I. The prices was fair for the quality of the job. The quality of his work is very high and the finish was super. Now we are thinking about doing the 2 bathroom and other area of the house. He will definitely be the contractor I choose . If anyone want to see picture feel free to email me and I will send him the pictures. Thank you very much for making this project a pleasant experience.”
