“We hired Hare Construction to do a kitchen remodel and we could not be happier. Timing: the timing we were given as a restaurant was super important to us and seemed pretty impossible. Hare met every single deadline and went above and beyond when hit with unexpected difficulties to keep us on track so that we could be opened and operational when promised. Scope of work: we were given detailed schedules of work and installs that were all met (despite complications with equipment deliveries and specs). Follow up: we were given a binder with everything that was relevant to the work including equipment, specific upgrades, vendors involved etc. Communication: It has become a joke in our company that while everyone has a construction horror story, our contractor does everything we need when we need it, without any follow up on our part. If you are looking for the typical Contractor this is not the company for you. . .if you want the a-typical Contractor that provides great communication and meets all deadlines. . .with professional friendly workers and amazing support and follow up then they are worth every penny. Two thumbs up.”

“Great experience, high value, very reliable and best crew we ever worked with. Mayer’s construction did a home remodeling for us during the last 6 months. It has been a big home remodel for us that took design and build as well. After months spending finding the right company for us, we have choose to work with Mike & Nathan Mayer from Mayer’s construction. A week after finalizing contract we started working with Su & Luis both company’s architect and engineer. We worked on the new plans we agreed and wanted at first and started to have architect drawings ready, when we got into engineering process, both Mayer’s construction and us didn’t know we were suppose to redone so much of the existing footings and reinforce of additional walls as 20 years ago we did a 2nd story addition that was probably made poorly and unprofessional. They were extremely kind and helpful and kept the price as we agreed on and didn’t changed a thing. The plan process and measurements took about a month or so, and finally we were able to submit the plans to the city of San Jose. After getting the permits done and job card set ( overall 5 months of waiting / SJ is a pretty busy city) we got into work schedule and been ready to move out as the entire home going to be demolished. Mike was very organized both managing and scheduling the team, rough materials arrivals, and to us to be fully briefed with details and what we need and when. The process of work was great and on timeline , city did changed a lot during this time period with their inspection delays but it didn’t interrupt with our schedule or timeline due to great management ahead. We just finished our work and we absolutely in love with our new home! New flooring throughout, new kitchen, new bathrooms, complete open floor plan, new stair case, new rooms reconfigured, new paint, new texture, new windows and sliding doors throughout, all new plumbing and electrical. A brand new and beautiful home we got thanks to Mayer’s construction and the team, Mike, Nathan, Raul, Jose and many more who had a added value and did this work absolute best.”

Everything looks great - The work went without a hitch so it ended faster than I imagined it would be too. “Hi :) my name is Annabelle and we are from Sunnyvale California, I just finished a new renovation, and I would like to share with you guys my wonderful experience, we started the process with a lot of fears because of previous experience that we had with another contractor two years ago, from the first meeting with Asi, me and my husband felt the honesty and integrity right away, we describe to her what we would like to achieve in our kitchen remodeling project and together with ideas that came from her designer we decided on the final layout, We needed a new kitchen renovation for our home ASAP, we are all working from home, my husband and I and our older daughter, and the kitchen became much more important, it was very surprising but we succeeded to pass all the inspections on time, The communication part was great, personally I preferred to communicate with Asi directly but they are working with a personal online portal that some people will find useful, we needed a few times that Asi will come to us to discuss on a few changes and we always felt comfortable to share with her our concerns and ideas, and eventually we are very satisfied from the end result!”

“My kitchen now looks beautiful and new again, I hired HomeTech to remodeled my kitchen counter tops and my faucet, they were very helpful and got the work done professionally and fast, they even replaced a piece of wood that the pipe with a leak got very wet and humid. The communication with them was very fast and convenient. I am a very curios person so I asked several questions and they were very open to answered them all. “Solid team that knows what they are doing. The team at Green Planet Remodeling helped me renovate 2 bathrooms - and remedied a lot of the shoddy work that was lurking behind the wall (thanks to my crappy builder for those surprises). Good guys that were efficient and professional through the whole experience. They even provided me with a 3D Design for both of the bathrooms that another company wanted to charge me for! Easy to communicate. Highly recommend!”

“I worked with Inspired builders on my master bathroom remodeling back in 2021. I met David the project manager at the first meeting and he was very professional and honest. The estimate was very reasonable and fair, so after interviewing several companies I hired David and Inspired builders. We started with design, the designer was very thorough helping me choose my tiles and fixtures and took care of the permitting. David was often in my house running the project along with Antony the foreman and the crew. They were very professional and clean making sure my bed cloths are covered and protected. The project turned out exactly as I imagined and I am enjoying my new bathroom every day. I am planning to remodel my second bath next year and I will definitely call David again. Highly recommended!!”
