“Perimeter builders put a second story addition on our lake home last summer. It was a stressful time in our lives but Shane, Chuck and the company made the transition very smooth for us. The renovation was done first class throughout. No shortcuts, no cheap materials etc. I was impressed with their background in high-end building and renovations in Atlanta and in Milledgeville. Their experience helped us with designing our addition. The addition looks like it was part of the original construction. Extremely well done. “Alvin Barnes is one of the most honest people I have had the pleasure of working with. Fantastic Sheetrock and paint skills as well as carpentry in general (did a fabulous deck for us!). He also is my go-to for any landscaping needs. He is an all around hard and dependable professional. I run a property management company and he understands how to communicate with tenants and is excellent at preparing punch list. “I Met with Barney regarding a fairly large remodeling job involving crawl space cement footers with multiple steel beams and Columns. This job also included raising a 1 inch sag in our kitchen floor and furring the ceiling in order to hide the exposed beams. This project was a much bigger process than I could have imagined. It took over a month to complete the job. Barney and his team Members worked diligently and did a great job. They were very punctual and informative as what to expect with each step of the project. They also cleaned up behind themselves which also was really important to me. This A team comes highly recommended!!”
