“AIP Construction is true to their name! They can help make Anything Possible! I moved into the area and was in need of a home. I searched for a home on the market that I thought would be right for me. I couldn't find a home that fit my wants and needs that I absolutely loved or thought was worth the price. After meeting with Jonathan and Teressa, I knew I was on the right track. They encouraged me to make a list of must haves and wants and then prioritize the list. I did that and gave it to them. We looked at plans. Although I had bought several pre-existing homes, I had never built. I was having a hard time visualizing what the home would look like from drawing to reality. They were very patient through the process of designing, building and finishing my home. It is a custom built, beautiful home that I want to keep forever! Everyone who walks into my home is blown away at how amazing it is from layout, finishes, color scheme and lighting. I got more than I was expecting and am forever grateful. Mareno Construcion started on our home on Jan 5th 2017 and my home was completed in April 2017 and we were able to move in in May of 2017. If you are looking to build and you want it done right, give Mareno Construction a call. The owners are very knowledgeable in homebuilding industry. Their entire focus was making sure we were happy and pleased with the progress they were making on the construction of our new home. They are fair, easy to work with, reliable and most of all dependable. You can always text or call and talk with one of the owners, whenever you have questions. Just know, you will never be ignored. “Michael Jacobson helped me with a complicated set of problems when I purchased an older home. To move in to a livable dwelling, a lot was required to get the very old wet basement into good shape, as well as significant upgrades and repairs to existing plumbing and air systems. This involved a variety of workers across several trades, skills, and professions including masonry, landscaping, plumbing, and heating/air. Michael knew all the right people to do good work for affordable prices. He followed up when necessary on a long list of tasks. I recommend Michael as a contractor for tough jobs involving many different elements and a tight budget.”

“I can not start to tell you how amazing Roddy Sample is. My kitchen did not have room for an island. I interviewed many contractors and all said it was not possible. Roddy asked what I wanted and he made it happen. I have an award winning kitchen. I have a perfect kitchen. Roddy gutted my kitchen and moved the counters back to allow for an island. He allowed us to live in our home during the renovation which included redoing the hardwood floors on the main living area.Roddy set up an area with all the conveniences of home. Renovation with Roddy Sample is fun! He is a very detailed contractor. There is never a punch list because he does the job correctly and completely the first time. I had picked handles for my fridge, Roddy looked at them and showed me his concern, due to the width I would not be able to get my hands around them comfortably, so I found a smaller width,I love even more and am able to comfortably open the doors. I cannot stress the importance of his eye for detail. Every nook and cranny is usable in my kitchen! I love my kitchen! I look forward to my closet renovation! Roddy also completed my master bath, I love my bath as much as my kitchen! Roddy has also installed hardwoods in my master bedroom . He has updated our lighting to led. I wanted to texture my walls myself. Roddy helped me by building a scaffold in the stairwell so I could reach to the ceiling safely. I feel so blessed to have met him. I called Marty Byrum with Alabama Builders Association when I was having trouble with local contractors ,Marty hooked me up with Roddy Sample and my life has never been the same! I found a water problem and I call Roddy! I know it will be fixed correctly. Renovation is FUN with Roddy Sample.These are pics during renovation. Roddy has more in his project portfolio.”
