“We hired Good life home design to do our ADU. A first we had them do our plans. We interviewed several contractors and many of then didn’t seem so happy to have the plans for us, also didn’t want to give us a ballpark for the project. Ben was very nice and positive about the process, he warned us from the beginning that the plans can take up to 6 months to get approved. Luckily, we got it approved after 4 months. After the experience we had with this company during the plans, we felt super comfortable to go and continue to do the project with them. Same as the planning, also the actual project went smoothly and quickly. I’m very happy that this project went as planned and we can now use our ADU now, thank you guys for everything!”

“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. “I have used Jeanevra Calhoun and Ampersand Development on two occasions. First to sell one of my homes in 2015 and second to assist in updating, remodeling and leasing another in 2017-2018. She was attentive to both projects, very professional and personable. Jeanevra also has a terrific eye for design and made several suggestions that greatly improved the curb appeal for both homes. As I live out of state her hands-on approach, dependability and great communication skills were a tremendous help in the completion of the second project. I highly recommend Ampersand and will definitely use her again for any aspect of construction, design or buying/selling of real estate.”

“Working with Guil and his dream team was an absolute joy. Not only did he work with me to develop my vision of my kitchen, he did so with an incredibly competitive rate. White oak custom cabinets, quartz countertops, custom backsplashes, and some hardware flourishes that really make my kitchen mine. “Jim Arend is a unique exception in his industry. Recommended by an architect, Jim gave us all the assurances of creating what we wanted in renovating our DTLA penthouse loft, almost a complete interior rebuild. Jim and his team of professionals were a delight to work with and a lot of fun as well. Over the time it took to renovate and rebuild most of the loft, we got to know Jim quite, well - personally and professionally he is honest, high level of integrity, a gentleman at all times and everything was always possible. Jim was cost conscious and found ways to improve quality and workmanship at a lower cost. He always supported our decisions and never, never said anything was impossible. He had his team put together an imported branded kitchen from Italy and took the time to speak, on many occasions, with our Italian designer in Italy to ensure measurements where correct, to the millimeter and then his team (and Jim) were on hand to assemble the kitchen (no easy task). If there was a 10 star category for Arend & Associates, we would give all ten stars to them. As the expression goes, “you get what you pay for,” but with Arend & Associates, you get a lot more than what you pay for - you get professionals that are honest, thoughtful, who care about the quality of the work for you. Highly recommended.”

“My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”
