“We employed K Design and Build to undertake a two storey side and front extension and a single storey rear extension which included a large kitchen/diner design. Throughout the build, Karl’s standard of work and attention to detail was exemplary. We gave Karl a strict immovable deadline for our build and despite very challenging weather conditions at times Karl and his team worked tirelessly to ensure we were able to move into our dream home on time. Karl provided superb customer service throughout the build providing excellent advice on the overall design of the project and managing our stress levels through inevitable challenges that arose during the 6 month build. Most impressively this level of customer service has continued since the completion of the build. Karl has completed a 6 month review of the build with a 12 month final check arranged. Karl has also always responded quickly and positively with any questions we have had since completion. We would therefore highly recommend K Design and Build for any large scale build projects whose professional, knowledgeable and outstanding quality of workmanship is second to none.”

I can fully recommend S&S to anyone, the attention to detail is first class and several neighbours have told me of their 'garage envy' following the work! “This project involved the building of two contemporary high specification houses with a square area totalling more than 400 meters. The project commenced in January 2015 and concluded early 2016. The main positive features of Dell Developments include high quality finishes, attention to detail, interpretation of complex designs, flexibility to deal with customer, NHBC and Building Control requirements, snag resolution (remarkably few of these) communication and integrity. The reason for a four star rather than five is the project overrun. This was a large project for Dell at the time, they initially under resourced the project which meant that the wet winter of 2015 exacerbated the overrun. The only other feedback would be to get professional cleaners to finish the houses before handover.”

“I've used J White Developments for a number of years. The projects have been varied in size and type but have always been done well and at a reasonable cost. The owner, Josh, has an extensive understanding of the building trade and has been able to advise and recommend solutions for every problem I have given him. He has always kept me informed on costs and timings and comes in on budget unless we agree changes. When he has used sub-contractors he has always overseen their work to make sure it is up to standard. Examples of larger projects: Lifting and re-laying the stone terrace around the property. Replacing a drain that regularly overflowed with a larger capacity one and redesigning soak-away Smaller project examples: Renovating wooden floors, replacing and installing lights for pictures, repairing garden lighting, perimeter fence repairs.”
