“I hired Crearter Constructions for a major renovation project in late 2016. From the first point of contact the service has been exceptional. Braden, the owner, spent a great deal of time and effort compiling a quote, to the point that a number of his tradespeople viewed the house in advance of the quote to ensure that the costings were accurate. The quotes we received from other builders were made after a short visit to the house and were ball-park figures of that the build might cost.. Braden's quote was extremely detailed and it was easy to see exactly what we were paying for. The build started on time (the job before ours finished exactly when it was supposed to) and moved at an amazing speed. All trades on site were expertly managed and the quality of work at all times was above and beyond what we had expected. Braden is a perfectionist and he is perpetually assessing the work of the tradespeople and insists on a very high standard of work from his whole team. The build has moved ahead without any problems and we are due to finish ahead of schedule and on budget with a finished project that we are delighted with. Braden is a hard working, honest, inspiring, problem solving, committed builder who would do justice to any project he is in charge of. We were fearful before the start of our build, as we had heard many nightmare stories from friends of building projects that had gone wrong. But we didn't need to worry. Braden has exceeded all our expectations. From start to finish our build has been a dream, executed with brilliant precision and managed with good humour and hard work in a truly collaborative way. As far as I am aware I am the only person I know who is sad to see the build coming to an end. It has been an amazing experience for us as first time builders and we have loved every minute of it. “I contacted Dreamtech after referral from a friend who insisted that this builder was one of the most competent and skilful builders that he had used. Happily, I can say that I was not disappointed with the referral. John from Dreamtech and the tradesmen that he employed did a superb job on the kitchen, bathroom and outdoor area in terms of aesthetics. However, more importantly from my point of view, the quality of the building works was very high. Nothing was done in a 'half-assed' manner. Whilst still measured with cost effective solutions, the approach was one of close enough is not good enough. For example, the worksite was impeccably clean during the construction, variations to the original plan were made without fuss or complaint (and often without cost), suggestions and ideas were made which enhanced he overall finish and design. From bare earth and brick, to the ceiling and roof, the whole job was meticulously looked after. Dreamtech is old school - full responsibility for job (including the other trades), pride in workmanship and courtesy throughout. It was not the cheapest job I have ever had, but without doubt, it was the best. I have been disappointed by other builders, and it was refreshing to find one who was trustworthy and made the whole thing far less stressful than it might otherwise have been.
