“We have used Adlich Renovations for several projects ranging from pulling out bushes around the house to gutting out both bathrooms to make room for a second shower. For the larger scale projects they were particularly helpful in finding a number of options at varying price points for us to consider. Because of this we never felt forced into a decision. For all of these projects it has been great working with Brandon and Alia. They consistently listen to our ideas when we have a vision and are helpful with brainstorming when needed. In developing a backyard entertainment area it was nice to see they were as excited as we were to ensure the end result was the best possible version of what we had envisioned. We appreciated their feedback and insights throughout the project. “I have spent close to $50,000 with Pierpoint construction and they have done an amazing and expedient job, getting all the work done in about a month. They are all professional and so our their subcontractors who we have met a few. I will continue to use them for everything I do and recommend them to anyone who asks. They are a very professional outfit with trucks, men, heavy equipment, and a big office right in Stafford. You know you will get quality work the first time and it will get done fast with them. Work Done Full re-siding, wrap, soffit, and fascia replacement Leafless Gutters Master Bathroom Custom Shower and Tile Built Back Deck And many more smaller items”

“We chose this contractor over several others to renovate the kitchen and bath of our row house on the basis of two considerations: seeing the work he had performed for others, and the thoughtfulness he exhibited in addressing all of the many questions we had about his approach to our specific needs. Although the project is in progress, expect to be completed in about a month, we have been pleased all along the way with the workmanship and obvious appreciation for maintaining a look consistent with an older home. The dialogue has been excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others, and will likely use them again, should we need work done in the future..”

“We interviewed several builders last year when we set out to expand our home at Lake Anna. Before we found Battlefield Homes, we had not found any that met our standards. By standards, I mean professionalism, responsiveness, communication, and timeliness – in addition to good quality workmanship. We had received some cost estimates from other builders that were either astronomical or suspiciously low. We had started to wonder if any of them could be trusted. From the very beginning, our instincts told us that we could entrust Allen Harrison and his team at Battlefield with this project which was near and dear to our hearts . That decision has proved to be the best decision we could have made. Battlefield Construction is professionalism at all levels. Ours was a complex project because it was a renovation, and the original home had several construction issues that needed to be addressed. We were made aware of the potential challenges before construction began, and as the project was carried out, we were always kept up to date. We were able to adjust the project to keep costs down, while still getting the results we wanted. Allen and the team helped us to make informed decisions so we didn’t feel like we were compromising on quality or functionality. We have now been enjoying our newly remodeled lake house for 4 months. This renovation has far exceeded our expectations of what we initially hoped for. The quality is superior and we continue to be pleased by small construction details which are so thoughfully executed. Thank you Allen, for maintaining our trust in your team throughout the project.
