“Pacific Coast Builders, Inc. (PCB) did an excellent job of turning my single story 2,000 square foot home into a beautiful two story 3,100 square foot home. PCB and its employees were very good at listening to all our requests. They put in extra effort to make sure we were completely satisfied with all aspects of our home, both big and small. They have a vast amount of experience and were able to assist us in making good decisions. We would recommend this company. We love our new home.”

“Matt at MeMar is great. They did a complete remodel of our master bath and we love it. Neat, on time, and efficient. Matt was in constant contact, so we were well informed of progress and what to expect each day. Also had MeMar do a few smaller projects, carpet, outside wood trim, and vent install. We were happy with everything and will definitely use MeMar again”

“We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”

“We enjoyed working with Mark and Enna to remodel and update our master bathroom. Mark was especially helpful during the planning phase when he listened patiently to our endless questions and provided useful information and suggestions that helped us reach decisions about project materials and stylistic choices. After work began, Mark and Enna continued to be very responsive to us regarding scheduling aspects of the work and finalizing decisions about the details. Throughout the process, they stressed that the goal was to create a master bathroom that we would really enjoy, even if that meant occasionally changing our minds about details or adding new work at times. This was our first major renovation project, and we feel that Mark, Enna and their team did a great job guiding us through it and creating a great new room to enhance our home.”

“We just moved into a new home and wanted to replace the backsplash in our kitchen. We asked around and got a few estimates, but Laguna Bay Developing was highly responsive and had an excellent price. Gio personally came to our home to give a quote and to inspect the work at completion. It looks great and Gio kept us in the loop every step of the way. You can see the before and after pictures below. We highly recommend them!”

“Saltair just finished our ADU garage conversion and we are very happy with the result. The experience with them was very good and communication was excellent. They were there throughout the project and guided us step by step in the process. Gal did the design and helped us a lot with the 3D visualization, which made the process much easier. “I have built two homes with Patterson Construction, a duplex in Corona Del Mar and a luxury bay front home on Balboa Island. I chose Patterson Construction after a competitive bid process with many other custom home builders in the area. Both homes were built on time, on budget and to exacting quality standards. I was impressed with the management at Patterson Construction and believe they represent a new generation in custom home building bringing a level of professionalism, flexibility, and ongoing customer support not usually seen in the industry. For example, Patterson Construction's billing and accounting, home specification documentation and warranty binder are comparable to what one would find in a Fortune 500 company, not a local builder.
