“Duncan Constructions certainly CAN when others can’t. We had been searching for a builder for a couple of years with little luck. A friend recommended Duncan Constructions and that was the beginning of a fabulous journey for the renovation of our home. We rang Glen Duncan and he came around that week to our home and spent 2 hours going over the plans we had suggesting design improvements and making greater use of existing space. It was at that moment that we realised if we had gone to Glen in the beginning, we would not have spent so much on an architect. We have ended up with the most beautiful house and one which we give full credit to Glen on not only the finished product but that it was also built within budget.
