“We had the pleasure of having Robert and his team remodeled our backyard. He was recommended to us from a family friend who had used his services for their backyard remodeling project. We had a large project over 15,000 square feet space and Robert and his team came through. We showed him our design and he itemize all the work that he will be doing and came up with a very reasonable estimate. This was very important as this prevents any future misunderstandings. He regularly communicated with us and updated us on any delays and he was able to completed the project on time. The quality of the work was very good. He was very flexible in adapting to the changes that we've requested. He was honest, on time and very reasonably priced. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone looking to do remodeling project.”

Clarke was very quick to respond to our initial inquiry and kept us informed throughout the process. His estimate was fair, and his workers were prompt and worked quickly. “I rate them 5 stars because they were courteous and helpful regarding (1) addressing the issue of remaking a bathroom for handicap access and usage, with the contractor understanding from first hand experience being in a wheel chair the necessary details; and (2) doing a rush job for us in lieu of my mother's imminent release from the hospital and our need for the bathroom to be done. When my mom was release, it was a HUGE relief to have that bathroom ready.”

“Thank you to Goldenline remodeling team for their excellent work! I'm very satisfied with the remodel of my master bathroom and kitchen.. The outcome of the project was more than I expected. “CALL THESE GUYS - I can’t stress this enough! They helped remodel our pool house so that my parents could move in to live with us. They even added some ADA elements so that everything was easily accessible and we don’t have to worry about them so much. My parents love feeling independent but want to be close to their grandchildren. Avi even spoke with my mother to get her input for the design, and she love to brag about him!”

“Val made our dreams come true. Our construction project included removing walls, adding a walk-in shower, removing a bathtub (that requires rearranging plumbing for a new soak tub, etc. ) Their creativeness and management of the project from beginning to end with minimal interference by us was a great experience . Val was on top of every detail and kept communicating with me on a daily basis. The whole house ties together beautifully. Thanks so much we love the design you came up with.”

“Chris and team just finished our master bedroom and window replacement renovations which included in the bedroom: rightsizing large oversized windows, rebuilding an exterior wall, adding a slider, canned lighting, drywall repair to ceilings to remove the large 70's florescent lighting panels, fixing closets, adding electrical to the closet, moving a television and all the rewiring and drywall. In addition, his team replaced all windows in the house, added a new custom French door and replaced two interior doors. He also added framing around all the exterior windows. This is the third major project I have asked him to do. The first was my beautiful kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel. Both had to be taken down to studs. His team is so talented and dedicated on getting details right. Projects run smoothly and efficiently. Subs are fantastic. I will have his team work on the next bathroom remodel soon.”

“Pacific Coast Builders, Inc. (PCB) did an excellent job of turning my single story 2,000 square foot home into a beautiful two story 3,100 square foot home. PCB and its employees were very good at listening to all our requests. They put in extra effort to make sure we were completely satisfied with all aspects of our home, both big and small. They have a vast amount of experience and were able to assist us in making good decisions. We would recommend this company. We love our new home.”
