“My basement got flooded during IDA, after contacting with couple of contractor I met with Matt, He came on time and explain everything what needs to be done also provide a reasonable price. He started to work immediately with his team. His work was very professional, he did everything as he promised and completed the work on time. He was the most professional, clean and trustful contractor I have met so far. He was always top of the every process and he was paying attention to every small details even I didn’t see them during the construction. “Anthony James Construction did a fantastic job on a recent renovation/addition to our home. We were impressed by the professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail that Anthony and his team brought to our project. What we feared would be a stressful experience turned out to be an enjoyable one. Though we had a vision of what we hoped our home would be, it was Anthony's suggestions that truly made a difference. He turned our "tired" house into a beautiful home that we hope to enjoy for many years. All members of the Anthony James team were knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We were kept informed about every step of the project. Our budget was respected, and the project was completed sooner than we had expected. Their attention to detail was amazing. They frequently saw things that we had missed, made suggestions, and made necessary changes. Anthony James Construction did an outstanding job for us. “Words cannot descrbie what an amazing job Primavera did in creating my dream kitchen. From start to finish, Joe and Alex were hands on and dedicated to fulfilling every aspect of this project. Designing a kitchen was all new to me and their guidance and expertise assisted me in making this as stress-free as possible. Instead of a traditional "cookie cutter" kichen, I wanted something very funky and unique and Primavera did not disappoint - as evidenced by the before and after pictures below. Every day I walk into my kitchen is a blessing and it starts my day off right!”

The principal, Hasnain Nasir was not only passionate but he possess strong knowledge about construction and remodeling. His attention to detail and his efforts to build a great home is the best I've experience by far. He is also informed of the new technology to build Smart Homes. “We hired Picco to do a full gut renovation and addition to our home in 2022. The team was professional, courteous and very communicative. From our initial consult all the way through completion we felt great about our decision to go with Picco. We enjoyed using their app to follow along with the construction and appreciated the weekly call with Kevin, our Project Manager. We have an older home and there were a few surprises behind the walls and Picco let us know as soon as they discovered an issue and presented solutions. We would use them again and have recommended them to friends.”

“Tim Lutke, contractor, makes your dreams happenHe is a gem. He is master of his very skilled staff: construction, electrician, glass fitters, stone mason, plumber, and painters. Foreman , Chris, checks often to make sure if we need anything. Tim has contacts in the field which has been helpful in decision making. The contract for the job was met within the timeline given. Everyone was respectful of the property.They often reviewed the ongoing work. Outstanding completion of a bathroom, closet and repair of a ceiling which had a leak. People who see the workmanship are amazed when they see the completed projects.”

“I was in a bit of a bind. I was living with my husband, my two kids at my parents' house for 6 months. Don't get me wrong, they are great and I love them, but we (and they) needed our own space. And I could not miss another Christmas outside of my own home. Lenny and his team were absolutely amazing. They were responsive, explained things clearly throughout the process, were on time, and on budget. We got in on the EXACT date that Lenny said we would after a massive addition, ad-a-level, and remodel of the entire house. Have been in the house of my dreams for three months and could not be happier!”
