We have partnered with Dan on many occasions, first for home renovations, second as our consultant for our new build where he provided expert advisement every step of the way (architecture, construction, vendor selection, project management). Dan has an expert eye and the experience to match allowing him to see and suggest solutions to areas of our build that were not in line with our vision and expectations. He really listens and understands his clients and always keeps their best interests at the forefront of his service. He is an expert in residential builds, a savvy negotiator, he has a wide network of excellent relationships with a variety of best in class vendors. Because of all of this Dan is able to secure great pricing and genius alternatives when needed (think about back orders, prices increasing, and other covid delays)….Dan finds a best case solution without us having to worry about it. “We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Warraich Associates for a new construction project on an existing foundation. The principal, Hasnain Nasir was not only passionate but he possess strong knowledge about construction and remodeling. His attention to detail and his efforts to build a great home is the best I've experience by far. He is also informed of the new technology to build Smart Homes. An excellent builder and remodeler if you're looking for one.”

“Anthony James Construction did a fantastic job on a recent renovation/addition to our home. We were impressed by the professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail that Anthony and his team brought to our project. What we feared would be a stressful experience turned out to be an enjoyable one. Though we had a vision of what we hoped our home would be, it was Anthony's suggestions that truly made a difference. He turned our "tired" house into a beautiful home that we hope to enjoy for many years. All members of the Anthony James team were knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. “My basement got flooded during IDA, after contacting with couple of contractor I met with Matt, He came on time and explain everything what needs to be done also provide a reasonable price. He started to work immediately with his team. His work was very professional, he did everything as he promised and completed the work on time. He was the most professional, clean and trustful contractor I have met so far. He was always top of the every process and he was paying attention to every small details even I didn’t see them during the construction. “Hired this company for my kitchen renovation. Daniel was very easy to work with. What I liked the most is the communication that he and his team had with me. Literally every day I’d get a text from them, explaining what was completed today and what they will be doing tomorrow. I’ve had 4 renovations done before in my other apartments, but hands down, this was the smoothest one so far. Good luck to you guys!”

“Words cannot descrbie what an amazing job Primavera did in creating my dream kitchen. From start to finish, Joe and Alex were hands on and dedicated to fulfilling every aspect of this project. Designing a kitchen was all new to me and their guidance and expertise assisted me in making this as stress-free as possible. Instead of a traditional "cookie cutter" kichen, I wanted something very funky and unique and Primavera did not disappoint - as evidenced by the before and after pictures below. Every day I walk into my kitchen is a blessing and it starts my day off right!”

“I was in a bit of a bind. I was living with my husband, my two kids at my parents' house for 6 months. Don't get me wrong, they are great and I love them, but we (and they) needed our own space. And I could not miss another Christmas outside of my own home. Lenny and his team were absolutely amazing. They were responsive, explained things clearly throughout the process, were on time, and on budget. We got in on the EXACT date that Lenny said we would after a massive addition, ad-a-level, and remodel of the entire house. Have been in the house of my dreams for three months and could not be happier!”
