“Shane and the Crew at Associated Construction have helped me with several projects spanning over a decade. They have remodeled several commercial buildings, including a restaurant & bar. They also did a major remodel on my house. Craftsmanship, Quality of Work, Job Completion are several of the reasons I have stayed with Associated. I have high traffic facilities that the work performed by Associated manages to hold up to heavy use very well. Very professional & respectful staff from top to bottom at Associated Construction. “My 150 year old house remodel went so smoothly, quickly and on budget with my contractor Mark Magid, owner of Below Magid Construction. He was so professional and creative, but even better, he made the process amazingly fun! Because we were not sure what we would find inside the walls or under the floors of this sweet old house, everyday was an adventure for me with Mark and his high qualified subcontractors. 5 layers of wallpaper, 4 layers of linoleum, oaks floors on top of fir floors, truly vintage kitchen cabinets, plumbing fixtures and electrical surprises were never a stress, more like an exciting challenge. I would email him a list of questions or ideas, and the same day Mark would answer me and arrive at the site to meet me with suggestions and answers to update but honor the historical value of my home. It's hard for my family and friends to understand that I enjoyed everyday of my challenging remodel!”

“Completely remodeled the exterior of our newly purchased. home. Mr. Henderson had excellent ideas and came in under budget, The project included stuccoing the bottom half of our home and doing a Hardy Board shingle on the top half to give it a more beachy feel. We found Chris through his signs posted at various homes in our neighborhood and talked to homeowners. Got a quote from another firm who had no previous experience with beach homes. One idea that caught our attention right off the bat is he uses stainless steel nails due to our weather conditions/rust, etc. He has lots of experience in dealing with trials and tribulations of weather and building at the beach. Have had numerous compliments of how much better the house looks. Due to the materials used, maintenance has been minimal and that is good when you live at the beach. If you do a google earth view you will get a good idea of the old house. Would and do recommend Mr. Henderson for any construction related project!”
