“Mark was creative in solving our kitchen remodel ( with just a little help from Les, his dad). The project included the kitchen remodel, deck railing, fix and repainted entire exterior, plus add a utility shed. Anything that wasn't perfect initially the first time was fixed immediately, and no surprises on the budget. If you're looking for cheap, go elsewhere. Mark hires only the best local tradespeople.”

“Dennis Blosberg was the lead contractor in building our 5,000+ sq. ft. luxury lake home near Cross Lake, Minnesota. He met all deadlines. He had fantastic relationships with all of his subcontractors. He listened to what we wanted, was respectful, and went beyond offering new options that we didn't even consider before. Lastly, Dennis is trustworthy and has a solid knowledge base of all issues related to building, and whatever rating there is to give a contractor or a builder, I'd give him the highest possible.”

“I hired Barry Frieler and Dennis Blosberg who are partners of North Country Custom Builders. They came highly recommended so I interviewed them, explained what I was wanting in a house, worked on the blueprints and tailored some things to make it work better for me. They listened carefully and were able to lead me through the entire building process making it totally "painless" ... the guidance was phenomenal. The great working relationships and mutual respect they have with their subs provide a flow of services in an efficient time frame. The house was even completed a few weeks ahead of schedule. These business partners are very articulate, communicative, responsive and ethical. Their construction expertise assures their clients of impeccable work with an assurance the latest building codes are utilized as their minimum of standards. I found their knowledge of building materials from the outside in to be amazing and so helpful in making my choices along the way. Now that the house has been completed and I have moved in, any questions I've had are dealt with almost immediately. I am anticipating this is how their service will always be in the future. “In 2016 we hired Riffle Construction to build our dream lake home. We interviewed several contractors and chose Jay after first meeting him. Jay was very honest and open with us and came highly recommended by others in our community Jay has a great design mind! We gave him our basic square footage and ideas and he took it from there! Any changes or concerns during the building process were communicated and discussed leaving no surprises at completion of the project. Upon completion our home is everything we wanted and more. “Langer Custom Builders; Roger Langer is the owner of Langer Custom Builders. He, his crew and his recommended contractors just completed a new bunkhouse garage for us after the old one was badly damaged in last summer's storm. Before this I had heard (and seen) the quality of Roger's work in an acquaintence's completed home and then watched him build a neighbor's large garage. Both projects had received rave reviews from the homeowners, and now after personal experience, I can say I could not agree more! Roger's bid was clear and specific. With changes we agreed upon during the project, Roger updated the bid as needed so the finances were always clear. Every one of the team was a pleasure to work with. Roger obviously has a good relationship with his crew and contractors, and even more impressive was the fact he personally spent many hours both working on the building and attending to detail so that the job was done to plan - and to a high level of quality. He always followed up and followed through to ensure smooth progress. Roger worked with us long distance for much of the project. He was very responsive, asked good questions, gave helpful feedback , problem solved, was supportive, calm, and patient. throughout. His commitment to quality and integrity are apparent.
