“Nate worked on our kitchen / laundry room / guest bath remodel in 2020. In 2022, we hired him to replace our deck and installed new railings. In 2023, we needed to replace windows on our beach house he was the only person we contacted. His workmanship and attention to detail is incredible. We like working with him as he meets his commitments and communicates throughout the entire project. He also offers up suggestions and ideas and is a pleasure to work with. We will use him on future projects and have referred him to neighbors and family.”

Fackler Construction Company
House Framing Services in Mill Plain, WA
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars7 January 2021
“I wanted to do a small remodel on my guest bath by removing the tub and creating a nice walk in shower with luxury amenities. Fackler had previously done a number of small handy man type work for me and I had no hesitancy asking them to do a larger project. My next project will be with Fackler too. They were on time, the work was professional, the Fackler employees were exemplary. All in all a very good experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your projects small or large.”

Bigfoot Northwest

“I almost missed the opportunity to work with Bigfoot Northwest. I had already verbally agreed to a bid to remodel and convert my garage but a little voice said to get another bid. Bigfoot NW responded right away and owner/partner Austin came out. He did a thorough walk through, listened to all my ideas and concerns and gave me a very honest straight forward answer. While what I wanted to do was possible, it was not gonna be easy or the most financially fruitful. He then purposed a totally radical idea that completely blew me outta the water. It meant at least a 3/4 cut in bid price for his company but it was the creative and beneficial idea for me financially. Tear down my existing dilapidated garage and get a tiny house instead for half of what it would cost me to rebuild. Friggin genius! Bigfoot would do the demo, and prepare the site, and help me with the hookup. He then gave me a list of tiny house builders with great prices and helped me plan out the set up. I had previously spoken to 4 other contractors up until that point with bids into six-figures, some didn’t even bother to actually take the time to come meet me or do a walk through. I said ADU and they threw me a price. Bigfoot not only took the time to partner with me on this project but Austin and his owner partner Adam, who did most of the demolition, invested their time and experience in helping me build my financial future. I feel very fortunate to know them, they’re top notch fellows and I can’t recommend them enough!!”
Talan Warden Construction LLC
House Framing Services in Mill Plain, WA
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars12 July 2023
“I highly recommend Talan Warden Construction. I have a few little houses that are desperately in need of some updating, but can only be done when the house is empty, which means lots of little jobs, infrequently. I know Talan is always busy with big jobs, but he does his best to squeeze my little jobs into his schedule. He does a great job making my projects seem important to him, and the craftsmanship is top notch. My houses are OLD, but Talan and his crew are good about letting me keep the character, without losing the integrity of the renovations. I am a repeat client, and I’ll be back in the future. #Garage #FrontPorch #CompleteBathroomReno #ShakeSidingRepair #WoodStairs #WoodFloorPatches”

“We have known David Sideras, as friend, for years and always liked his work. We liked his sense of design and the quality of his work. A couple of years ago, after talking to multiple GC's about remoding our home, and getting bids that were obviously generic and not well thought out, we decided to risk our friendship and asked David to bid on the project. His bid was well thought out, and actually pretty reasonable, considering we were doing a whole-house remodel from the sheetrock out. The most surprising thing was the timeline -- He said he could have it done in two months. Our neighbors immediately started betting on when it would be done, with the favorite bet being 6 months or longer. It actually took 2 and a half months, not because of anything David did, but because the first kitchen sink we chose, we didn't like, and it took 3 weeks to get another sink. ”
