“Nate worked on our kitchen / laundry room / guest bath remodel in 2020. In 2022, we hired him to replace our deck and installed new railings. In 2023, we needed to replace windows on our beach house he was the only person we contacted. His workmanship and attention to detail is incredible. We like working with him as he meets his commitments and communicates throughout the entire project. He also offers up suggestions and ideas and is a pleasure to work with. We will use him on future projects and have referred him to neighbors and family.”

“Beisas has done a number of projects for me, primarily concrete work, including a very long driveway with built-in drainage, retaining walls and sidewalk work. Most recently they removed an old cyclone fence and put in a nice wood fence with retaining wall. Their work is always excellent. They are always on schedule, very pleasant workers, and the price is right! I would not hesitate to hire them again!”

“I have known and worked with Todd Hertner for close to twenty years. First when he was THE go to contractor in the tile and surfaces industry and now when I need Rebuild's skills in making a project look its absolute best. Todd's professionalism and Rebuild's level of perfection and pricing have put them in first place on my cell phone rolodex! I can not recommend Todd Hertner and his company Rebuild LLC highly enough!”
Talan Warden Construction LLC
New Home Construction Services in Mill Plain, WA

“I highly recommend Talan Warden Construction. I have a few little houses that are desperately in need of some updating, but can only be done when the house is empty, which means lots of little jobs, infrequently. I know Talan is always busy with big jobs, but he does his best to squeeze my little jobs into his schedule. He does a great job making my projects seem important to him, and the craftsmanship is top notch. My houses are OLD, but Talan and his crew are good about letting me keep the character, without losing the integrity of the renovations. I am a repeat client, and I’ll be back in the future. #Garage #FrontPorch #CompleteBathroomReno #ShakeSidingRepair #WoodStairs #WoodFloorPatches”

“It has been a pleasure working with Eric and Stefanie. Between the two of them they really do cover the complete spectrum of concept and execution of a design. I appreciate their ability to lead their team to the completion of their clients vision. With Stefanie's design aesthetic and Erics articulation of the process they are a winning combination. I have seen many of their projects and they have been completed beautifully.”

“We bought a house built by Curtis Homes, LLC. From the start, we felt our satisfaction was Curtis Homes' #1 priority. Curtis Homes worked with us on finalizing the plan to meet our needs and wants. We were involved in the process from start to finish with weekly walk-throughs and Curtis Homes was always available to answer any question. We are extremely pleased with the quality of construction and that a lot of the standard features of the house would actually be considered upgrades by other home builders. The home was also built in the time-frame stated by Curtis Homes (which is rare with home builders). After we moved in, Curtis Homes has been diligent with "fine-tuning" those little details that exist in every new house. It has been a pleasure working with Curtis Homes and we love our new house.”

“We have known David Sideras, as friend, for years and always liked his work. We liked his sense of design and the quality of his work. A couple of years ago, after talking to multiple GC's about remoding our home, and getting bids that were obviously generic and not well thought out, we decided to risk our friendship and asked David to bid on the project. His bid was well thought out, and actually pretty reasonable, considering we were doing a whole-house remodel from the sheetrock out. The most surprising thing was the timeline -- He said he could have it done in two months. Our neighbors immediately started betting on when it would be done, with the favorite bet being 6 months or longer. It actually took 2 and a half months, not because of anything David did, but because the first kitchen sink we chose, we didn't like, and it took 3 weeks to get another sink. ”
