“Saridel has done multiple projects for us. He has done both our bathrooms and our kitchen, which is now a showpiece that wows everyone that steps foot into our house. These projects were complete remodels down to the studs of a very dated home. His work is second to none. He is an extremely talented carpenter who is completely trustworthy and will give you exceptional quality work, with straight forward and reasonable pricing. You never have to worry about leaving your home unattended when he is there. His innate design experience allows for collaborative input and the end result is straight out of Maine Home Design magazine. Hire with complete confidence.”

“I highly recommend Greater Portland Renovations. Originally, they did a rot repair job for us. Moisture got in under or front door and caused rot. They arrived to do the work on the scheduled day at the time promised. Even though the rot spread a bit further than expected, the cost remained within the estimated range. I was so impressed with the integrity of the company and kindness of the workers, that I also decided to hire them to install new hardwood floors in our home. As they were doing the job, they came across more rot under the back door, which we had no idea about. They took everything in stride. They repaired the issue right away, and charged us a reasonable amount to repair it. Our old floors were both glued and nailed down with a nail about every half inch of flooring. This was by means no easy job. They still managed to finish the job quickly, as they knew we were trying to sell our home. The floors were installed perfectly, and look amazing. I would recommend Greater Portland Renovations to ANYONE!!!”

“I had a fire in my home and much of the kitchen was damaged, we experience a grease fire. He came out to my home examined the damage, was extremely helpful in what would work for a design/colors that would make it to be my home. Unfortunately we did not hire him, but we are now looking to building a new home and once we decide on a plot of land, more than likely will be contacting him.”

“Hired Kirk to totally remodel our master bathroom, replace several windows, replace a worn out deck, coordinate the installation of a generator and paint our entire home. He did a wonderful job and was a pleasure to work with. His workmanship and attention to detail was excellent as well as the quality of all aspects of his work. He completed all aspects of our projects in a very timely manner and his communication was perfect. I would highly recommend him.”

“We worked with Leverage Construction building our new home. It was a pleasure from the start with the blueprints, to the very end, with every minor detail! Rick was very understanding in what we wanted, and took the time to really listen and made it all happen. He also offered help in explaining each process and phase of building. “Androscoggin Builders is building me a 1500 sq. ft. house and it has been a wonderful experience! George Bardaglio, owner/contractor, has listened to what I want; v match cathedral ceiling in living/dining area, tray ceilings in the two bedrooms and den, crown molding and two archways where there are open doorways. He has also done an excellent job in explaining and showing things to me so that I understand. Overall it has been a great experience!”
