“After 10 years, my husband and I decided to have our kitchen and master bathroom renovated. After consulting with four construction firms, we selected Modern home remodeling for various reasons. When Alon the project manager looked at our project, he said his team could transform it with no problem and gave us many great design ideas. The main things that made us decide on Modern home remodeling was Alon our project manager, he was very patient, professional and explained us the whole process of our project. Each phase of the construction, from demo to finish, was completed on schedule. At the end of each day, alon let us know what work would be scheduled for the following day. The crews were functual and did outstanding work. There were a couple of hiccups which were resolved quickly. They did an amazing job, as indicated in the before and after photos. We highly recommend Modern Home Remodeling for any renovation project in your home!”

“I had worked with Drew before, but this kitchen was all my own. Drew made great suggestions, but I made all of the final choices. I am thrilled with the final outcome. The kitchen is the same footprint, but has better flow and is more useful, with great storage. I will definitely use Drew and Coastal Designs for my next project. (Bathroom remodel)”

“We raised our family in the same neighborhood over 26 years. Our home yearned for updating. Some goals were: eliminate fall risks from multi level flooring, make downstairs bathroom senior safe, open up family room and brighten up downstairs with new doors and windows. We chose Marrokal because of their impeccable reputation. We did not seek other bids because ours would be the 7th Marrokal remodel project in our small cul-de-sac. All our neighbors praised their work. The Design Team exceeded our expectations and incorporated creative innovations into our home AND helped us stay within our budget. The production phase required a bit of oversight, but this job, remodeling all of the downstairs, was completed on time in 5 1/2 months. We lived in our home during the project and Marrokal always kept the job site clean! The caliber of subs was top notch. The final product turned out fabulous! Finally, we rarely need to utilize our extended warranty due to the quality of workmanship, nothing breaks! There is no doubt in our minds that we will hire Marrokal for future projects. You should too!!”

I hear some stores of outright bad and shabby contractors. Thankfully I have been left out ever since. Eco Home Builders has once again met the mark and they did so brilliantly. Working with Alan was joyous and productive. We had so much in common and connected quickly. He was of great help during the remodel and was instructive in seeing my home goals. “Zack responded very quickly and got the job done very quickly. He installed an in-wall dog door which means he cut a hole in the wall of the house and inserted the door. He did a nice and neat job for a very reasonable price and we are very happy with his workmanship. The dogs are so so happy that they can live a free and independent life by going in and out at their leisure. Thank you Zack !!!”
