“Cordero and Corey did an excellent job on my bathroom. I wasn't sure about the design all I knew was this terrible pink had to go! Cordero went above and beyond helping me pick out items. Once demo began we encountered plumbing issues and old pipes. The team was able to assure me this would be no problem to fix. I am completely in love with my new bathroom (especially the Bluetooth ventilation system) and can't wait to have you all make my kitchen beautiful! Thank you for always showing up on time, cleaning up each day, and keeping the lines of communication open whenever I had concerns or a new problem occurred.”

“If you are seeking quality work at a fair price L and M Restoration should be a top consideration for your project. I have used them on two large projects which included, reconstruction, plaster work, painting, floor sanding, insulation and replacing doors. I found their work to be quality work and what we agreed would happen, happened. The best part for me was that I knew what I wanted and the ideas they shared with me enhanced the outcome. One other small but important part....they were neat, and clean up occurred timely. It was an all around good outcome and they make sure your satisfied before the project is completed.”

“Great team - highly skilled with a knack for listening to the customer and style. This team arrives early, works hard all day and looks to complete the project as soon as practicable. Quality skilled labor. I had my bathroom remodeled- new tile around the tub and new tile on the floor. Having an older home, I had serious plumbing and electrical issues which they handled every aspect of the job with skill. The owner is hands-on and pays attention to every detail including removing and replacing tile not looking quite straight. I am very happy and satisfied with the great customer service, the speed for a complex difficult job and the ability to listen to my concerns even on a daily basis. My old bathroom is now brand new, contemporary and absolutely stunning. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a truly attentive and skilled work team who can complete the job in good time.”

“We hired Timberworks Carpentry to build a cabana by our pool after seeing his work on display at a local nursery. Jamie instantly understood and got the modern look we were after and we felt comfortable our vision would be brought to life in the right way. We were especially pleased to see the design in a 3D rendering before the project begun as that meant we could work out any issues and tweak things as needed before breaking ground. The project went very smoothly and was also very quick. The end result was a wonderful cabana that we use almost every night in summer and we are very happy with the quality of the craftsmanship.
