“Nick and his team did an absolutely fantastic job on our kitchen remodel. He made some great recommendations on the design and layout during the estimating process of our new kitchen and it completely changed the look and feel of our house for the better, while helping it tie into the adjoining hallway more seamlessly. He was also very flexible with schedule and had great communication while finishing on-time and on-budget. He really provided us the best value for our money. He will be my first recommendation to anyone looking for remodel work.”

“We have hired Terravest on several occasions to do remodeling and renovations for us. They added a bathroom to our basement and walled off a room there. Also did work on the exterior of our home, and helped us reconfigure the kitchen so we could replace a stove. Most recently they replaced an outer double door and outside siding after some moisture damage, repainted the interior. We hired them originally several years ago to do the basement after getting several quotes and considering feedback from former clients. Their work is top notch, but most important, J. Stewart and his team listen to our needs, offer multiple options, and helped us decide on what we need based on our budget and desires. He never tried to over sell us. Several times I have just called him for advice on issues related to our home and he always helps out and even will come over to the house to make suggestions, many times that do not include using his company. He and his team are absolutely top notch - we recommend Terravest to others all the time. We will work with them again.”

“We hired Joseph So's Solid Rock Custom Contstruction Company to refinish several hardwood floors in our house built in the 1920's including a Brazilian walnut parkay floor. He came in with a very reasonable bid to do the parkay floor, 15 steps to a second story, upstairs hallway and two bedrooms with closets. The job was done professionally and on time. They minimized dust, and cleaned up after. They also went beyond the normal in repairing some rough spots where hallway joined the bedroom. We were very happy and would highly recommend them!”

“I have worked with Aldrich Contracting for about 4 years. They have remodeled our kitchen, master bedroom/bath, living room/dining room/office and basement. The basement was totally unfinished, and they drew up the plans - as I had no idea of how it should look! They are scheduled to start on our upstairs bedrooms/baths in January. So - after that project - they will have updated - or remodeled - our entire house! They are very professional and very easy to work with. All of their staff and the contractors that they hire are wonderful. You have to feel very comfortable with the people that are working in your house. They have been on target on the projected start and finish dates and are very aware of the budget and make you aware if you are going over -- they don't wait till the project ends to tell you that! I have worked very closely with Celia on all the cosmetic changes that we've made. She knows where to take me, she listens to what I'm looking for and gives me her opinion. And she keeps me steered in the right direction regarding the budget. I have recommended them to neighbors and friends and will continue to do so. I'm very glad that I found Aldrich Contracting!”

“I hired Total Home to replace the windows in my new house. The builder put in cheap windows and wouldn't even upgrade them for $. Once I moved in, I had Total Home come out and replace the windows with nice double panes. The team was very professional, fast and clean. When they were done, it looked like the build had intended to includ them the whole time. Great job, highly recommended!!!”
