“We've just begun working on a third construction job with Kuhn's Contracting. We fully remodeled two bathrooms and an office in years past. We're back again because of the high quality, attention to detail and trust that has been established in working with Tony and his crew. This time we're working on a kitchen, bathroom, mudroom remodel. The scope of the project means we'll be spending plenty of time with the team from Kuhn's Construction. So thankful that we know they will continue to be courteous, honest, prompt and that we'll be kept in the loop with the progress of our project. Can't wait to see the finished product! They do great work!!!”

“My husband and I had some remodeling and upgrades done in our kitchen. We also had a 1/2 bath installed just off the kitchen in our laundry area. Dean and Ian were very professional and efficient! The quality of work was outstanding!! We were so happy with the work they did, we had them come back and pour a cement patio and install new garage windows for us as well!! They are now our go to guys for any of our contract needs and we would highly recommend them to anyone!! :)”

“These people were a pleasure to work with. The workers were experienced carpenters that new the best practices as well as being pleasant people. When they found an unexpected challenge from some prior water damage partway through the project, they effectively resolved it. “We hired John and his crew to remodel our bathroom. It was a total gut job. The electric and plumbing had to be upgraded, John has a licensed electrician on his crew. John has excellent suggestions and tells you the options. When I couldn't find the perfect cabinets for my bathroom, he custom built exactly what I had imagined. John returned phone calls and email promptly. His crew were respectful of our home and kept the job site clean and organized. Every day before leaving they would totally clean up. I highly recommend John Fricke and his company!!”

“Kellco Group, LLC is the new Identifying Name for the former Keller Services. New name for the same outstanding personnel and company. Our experience began with a request for a pricing of a flooring and painting project to prepare our house for sale. As the project began there was an emergency plumbing project that one company quoted for $7,500.00. Keller did the project, including discovery of a major requirement undiscovered by the first company, for 40% of the cost quoted. Keller Services then removed a wall between the kitchen and family room, installed new flooring to 90% of the house, provided the finest paint job to all ceilings, walls and trim in the entire house, installed new lighting on the outside, installed pocket doors and closet doors, and fixed things that were broken without asking. Every night the house was available for meals and sleeping. We have added garage door and exterior painting to the project. We are so pleased we are staying in the home.”

“Transition Properties did a complete kitchen renovation for us. Everything turned out beautifully and we couldn't be happier with it. During this renovation, they also replaced all the flooring on the first floor with vinyl planking and it turned out great! Would recommend them to anyone.”
